Location

Sanford, North Carolina

Description

This is a private working farm. This is the perfect location to train working law enforcement dogs. Plenty of pastures and field line is walkable Dog must stay on leash due to the wildlife and we don’t want any fur babies lost in the woods etc. At this time I will remain limited on reservations. The farm is the perfect location to work with your officer k-9 on training. ( local Leo’s / k9 training facility contact me directly if you need a larger time slot.. additional k9s etc) Must show current rabies vaccination Owner holds no responsibility! Enter at your own risk

Hazards

HOST NOTE

This is a working farm. Deer, squirrel, rabbits and bobcats frequently are spotted (Bobcats are nocturnal and we see them in the deeper woodland) therefore no trails in the woods are being offered. We have a substantial influx of wildlife due to the destruction of forestry land. We do not offer a fenced area at this time. Owner of property is not responsible for any accidents, loss of dog or life on this property.

Step into a spacious, playful retreat designed for pups of all personalities. Our 2-acre playground is perfect for sniffing, running, zoomies, and joyful exploration. •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• ‼️Updates as of Nov. 2025. •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• 🐾 Smaller but just as fun! Our SniffSpot is now 2 acres instead of 3, as we’ve set aside space for some new community projects we’re really excited about. There’s still plenty of open room for zoomies, fetch, and off-leash fun! 🌲 Privacy updates for reactive pups We’ve planted 20 beautiful Green Giant trees (5 feet tall) to create future privacy. While they grow, your pup might still see people coming and going — but we’re working to make it cozier and calmer every season. 💧 Hydration & Essentials Everything You Need for a Paw-fect Visit: Fresh water, poop bags, and toys are provided so your furry friends can focus on fun, not fuss. *** Once you book, you and your dog(s) will be the only ones there during your time. The “spot” becomes unavailable for everyone when you reserve it. Only one person “rents” the space at a time! Sniffspot automatically builds in a 30 min buffer between sessions as well so there is no chance of overlap. ***

3 wooded acres backing up to gamelands

Unfenced

3 acres

We have 3.3 wooded acres set back from the cul de sac and we back up to Duke Progress public game land. Previous owners created a trail out there that connects to a power line cut and 4x4 trails. You can hike for miles if you want and probably won’t see another person. We have a doggy paradise on our 3+ acres.
