You do NOT have to pickup your pets waste while on the property unless on any concrete. Check out our plentiful amenities to ensure you both have the most serene experience. Located as the last property in 1.5 from the main road, this location is ultra quiet, has plentiful parking, and will leave you refreshed and rejuvenated from the natural beauty.

My side yard is 90' deep and 120" long, running along a gravel road that deadends at the riverside drain next to the Bosque. Great size to pick up the ball chucker and give your canine a run for their money, if they are a ball chaser!! If not there is the smells of literally dozens of dogs over the years, as well as a light smattering of chicken poop smell, and residual odor from daytime sqirrels and nocturnal skunks. Only enough odor for dogs, not humans! There are 2 very mature hens penned up in the chicken yard during your vsit. For humans there are lawn chairs.

The property is unfenced and the drop into the canyon is steep so a leash - even if it is one of the really long ones for learning recall - is recommended. Given the aforementioned wildlife, evening excursions are discouraged. I have a schipperke of my own. As a pandemic puppy, BearBear is not well socialized yet.
