Our expansive outdoor run is often unused and available for periods during the day while our few guests are enjoying our indoor play area. This prompted us to offer by the hour day use of our amenities to the public. We have a private secluded manicured 1 acre lawn, with drainage so puddles. Small hut in the yard is open and available to sit in and watch the dogs play. 1/4 of the lawn is covered with certified playground wood chips and is fully and securely fenced with a 6’ fence all around. The outdoor run area is secure and your dog can be left unsupervised if you wish. The rest of the yard is fenced but not secure so supervised play is required. The yard is located on an organic blueberry farm so you can rest assured there is no chance of pesticides used on the property or around it. 50% discount for each additional dog. Washing/grooming services available on site for an additional fee. Free organic blueberry picking in summer months during your stay included. Limited space low stress high end boarding available.

Larger back yard with green space to run, and front yard is a bit smaller with 3 smaller fruit trees. With an enclosed sunroom with chairs to sit in if it is raining/snowing, you can enjoy your time. While there are children in the home, they will not be in the yard when you are. However, please give me a heads up if your dog isn't a fan of children and I'll be extra sure to keep them inside. IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD Fully Fenced beautiful sloping yard with gardens, Orchard, and a small cut lawn as well. It also has a beautiful paved courtyard with a small "pond" (would empty if a st. Bernard plonked down too fast lol) but it is fun for smaller dogs. Will be tested before your visit for harmful bacterial, algae etc. I am happy to brew you a pot of tea or make you a coffee as well. For an additional fee, I can help with training, enrichment, and each visitor gets a wag bag upon arrival with a list of ideas about how to best use the space to give your dog a great day! For an additional fee, you can rent the hot tub for humans only obviously, if your dog is supervised or well behaved. Can also set up a canopy for rainy or sunny days. Just let me know! Yard damage will be a minimum $50 fee for digging holes, and $100 for pulling trees bushes or other plants. It is a very well loved and highly landscaped yard in the summer so its just available until late April when gardening begins! Please feel free to set up your own agility stuff but the yard is very sloped. The wood steps can be very slippery in the heavy rain so please use this space at your own risk!
