Important Safety & Fencing Details: • Unfenced Space: Please note that this property is completely unfenced. It is best suited for dogs with excellent recall, or owners who utilize long training lines. • Wildlife Boundaries: Because wildlife passes through, high-prey-drive dogs should be managed accordingly. Groverland

The pool is CLOSED FOR 2026!! Please remember - it needs to be added as an “extra” and there is a limit of 3 dogs in the pool for the longevity of our filter and pump :) There has been some confusion around booking the pool - you need to book the yard for at least as long as you book the yard. The yard blocks the spot on the calendar, not the pool. For example, if you book the yard for 90 minutes, the longest you can book the pool is 90 minutes (you can book the pool for less (e.g. 60 min or 30 min) if you prefer. We will provide towels, pool toys, and life jackets for your use. Please hang the towels and life jackets on the fence when you have completed your visit. Groverland is a 2 acre fenced yard so you and your furry friend(s) have plenty of room to roam. Please be sure the gate latches when you come in and when you leave. We live next to a very busy road and want to ensure everyone's safety! We have toys in a bin on the steps to the deck. Feel free to use them, but please put them back when you are done. There are poop bags and wet wipes on the toy station as well. The poop bucket is next to the gate you came in. Water dishes will be on the pavers between the pool and the house. There is also a kiddie pool for use. We do ask that you keep barking to a minimum. I have grumpy neighbors who disapprove of the Spot :) We are open from 10am - 4pm, but will sometimes make exceptions, so feel free to ask. Now for the Debbie Downer part - as the spot has gotten more popular, we are seeing things getting damaged and, as a result, have added a few rules. If you damage something, please let us know so we can address it. Things happen, so do not worry, we just need to know so we take care of it before the next guest. Pool rules: 1) No dogs on the pool furniture 2) Please do not prop the pool gate open Let us know if you have any questions! IMPORTANT - please note that we have audio and video surveillance in the yard. We are not listening to you….the surveillance is in place as documentation of the noise generated by the Spot to defend against neighbor statements of excessive noise.

It isn't visible until you are closer up, but rest assured, the woods are fully enclosed and extends far beyond the rocks. The yard is completely fenced in. There is a huge clearing for ball throwing and running, as well as woods further back for adventures. This yard has everything a dog could want. Beautiful tree lined private property At least 4 acres not sure really how big the area is trees to sniff Open area to run around it’s just gorgeous here especially in the winter. It’s an open area and then some areas around trees little pathways for the faint at heart if you keep walking way down I’m not even really sure how to get there. You get out at conservation land Crocker Pond. Probably more like 7 acres total But I put four because it’s kind of the general usable area, but it gets kinda wooded way down back Your dog must be under your control at all times they can be off leash, but they must be in your control It’s gorgeous here

Welcome to our spot! We have a big beautiful fully fenced in backyard with lots of features for pups to enjoy. Wide open grassy spaces, gentle hills, mossy areas, trees and bushes to explore, a small water feature, sunny and shady spots! We have a nice patio area with a variety of seating and tables. There is a hose for filling up dog bowls (please just ensure it is turned back off!). At the back of the yard, there is a gate leading out into woods/conservation area that can also be explored. If you bring kids, we have two playhouses with some toys inside, along with two slides in the middle of the yard. Just ask for the WiFi password! If you are visiting in the evening, we can turn on outdoor lights for you. We offer a small doggy pool and our fire pit as extras (based on availability, please send us a message if interested!). Park in our spacious driveway and access the spot through one of two easy to use gates (pull UP). We love our yard and use it frequently, but always try to have it ready for guests since we allow last minute bookings. We do our best to check it and clean up between guests, but sometimes time does not allow or we are not home. Please be sure to pick up after your dog (you can use the small trash can inside the spot or our trash bin in the driveway, but please be sure to tie bags closed first). Please return all toys to the crate before you leave. Our lawn is far from perfect, but please discourage digging or the disruption of gardens/plants. Please do not pick from the fruit trees and bushes that we have out back. If you notice a white residue on any of the fruit trees, this is an organic clay treatment (kaolin clay) that is completely harmless to humans and animals. If you notice any mushrooms that interest or concern you, please feel free to forage or throw them into the woods. JUNE 8th UPDATE: new six foot privacy fence installed to allow for full privacy. They told me to give the fence a few days to settle and then I will be reopened with more hours. Thank you for your patience. This fenced in back yard has plenty of space for dogs to run about. The driveway is long enough that you’ll have your own private and close spot right next to the gate. Peaceful and beautiful backyard. One neighbor is visible but rarely out. Sometimes their dog is outside and will bark but then they take him in. Fenced about five feet tall.
