We have 15 private acres with woods, open fields, and river access, and it’s been such a gift for my dog to have a safe space to run freely. I know not every dog thrives at dog parks, so I wanted to create a peaceful alternative. This space is especially loved by dogs who need a little extra room or prefer a quieter environment. Near the cabin, there’s a cozy seating area where you can relax under the trees while your dog enjoys the space. We’re so happy to share this space with you and your pup! This can only be used after 4:30 weekdays and anytime weekends. During August 16-24, it can be used any time. It is a private building but I have beautiful land on the other side. Sometimes its a meadow and sometimes it is mowed with little pathways throughout. The building on the other side has a fenced in play yard for my school that is not included in this listing. It is conveniently located right off of 116/ Sunderland Road with a long driveway.
