Island Oasis Private Dog Park

A private hiking trail for dogs and their owners 🐾 there will not be any other dogs out on the trail. Our trail is located in Bolton (Waterbury address). It’s is approximately 1 mile up the mountain. There is a Brook that follows the trail most of the way up. The trail starts out with a nice mowed path and leads you into a beautiful canopy of trees as you head into the woods and it quickly turns into a steep uphill hike. We have 135 acres for you to adventure on ! Please follow the signs for the trail head parking - go all the way past the barn outfront and you will see a sign on your right.

⚠️We operate from 7:30am-7:30pm⚠️ ⚠️BRING YOUR OWN WATER⚠️ We have a 1/2 acre of field fenced in with a few shade trees, some fun agility equipment(most put away for winter) ⚠️⚠️No children allowed in pool or on agility equipment.⚠️⚠️ ⚠️Pool is closed for season.⚠️We will update the app once the pool is ready. We are still open for the 2024 season! I have an amazing spacious fully fenced in back yard with a reinforced raised deck that will be perfect for your dog! It is full fenced and has an entrance located on the left hand side for easy access in and out! Your dog will have a great time running in the grass or hanging out in the shade under the deck! Parking is right out front in my driveway. Located in a nice quiet and safe neighborhood in Essex Junction.

Approx 3.5 acres of land on our property, with our house sandwiched in the middle. Please park along the split rail fence next to the house (do not block garage). Then walk down the small hill and through some woods along some trails and find a little stream/offshoot of the wetlands that span across VT 15, or enjoy some play time in the open field. You may spot some rabbits, deer or turkeys in the woods while you’re exploring! Feel free to make your own trail walking through the woods - there’s a path at the beginning and then it’s fairly free reign. Feel free to message with questions during your explore time. Beware of ticks, etc during summer months. Enjoy!

Private Space behind Kickback Brewery- Fields and marked woods area perfect for romping and exploring. Parking is occasionally busy due to business hours at Kickback Brewery- but once you’re past the driveway it’s privacy! A field and wooded area at your disposal! Brewery is only open on occasional weekends!Please ask any questions ! Chickens on site- “Day of Bookings” means they will likely be out and we need you to keep dogs secured until you’re safely past them- thank you!

Large enclosure for your babies to run free and have fun. Please be aware small dogs can escape under the gate. Chairs for the humans to sit. Fresh water for your pups, bags for your to clean up after, and a trash can to dispose of those bags. We currently have a large puddle(I say pond) of water making my area a muddy mess. Please don’t reserve if you do not want to deal with muddy dogs after their time here.
