To the East, enjoy views of Georgia Mountain and Mount Mansfield (in Winter months). Pooper scooper, poop bags, hand sanitizer and receptacle available but please pack in pack out all other trash. 15-Acre Vermont Forest Escape for Dogs + Pond

Enjoy a peaceful Vermont nature escape with your dog on our approximately 15-acre unfenced private forest property. The forest is natural and undeveloped, with no maintained trails or paths, making it perfect for dogs and owners who enjoy exploring the woods and a more rustic outdoor experience. Guests have access to a designated portion of our private pond, including a picnic table, an additional table with chairs, and a fire pit near the water. Firewood is available for purchase, and we can also provide a charcoal grill upon request. Please note that the entire pond is not part of the Sniffspot. The property owners and other guests may occasionally use a separate area of the pond/property outside of the designated Sniffspot area. The property is not fenced, so we recommend a long leash for dogs without reliable recall.

Froggy Acres is located at the end of a private dirt road. No traffic worries for you or your dog! 13.5 Acres of dog heaven. Meadows, trails, seasonal creek, pond and large lawn for play. Hang out on the deck overlooking the pond and watch your dog play. Large greenhouse/solarium can be used as “Dog Lounge” when the weather is cold or wet. There is a small fenced area for smaller or shyer dogs to play and socialize. A dog washing station is available for guests to use for those extra dirty furry friends.
