35Nice size yard for an hour sniff spot in S Lake Tahoe and convenient location. Communication was great, however, I personally wouldn't go back, based on a previous review I asked for the rat poison traps to be removed for my puppers while she was there. I spotted one out after my pup was sniffing it. They're gray and hard to spot. No toys, water or dog bags (thankfully brought my own). Doesn't seem reasonable for $20/hr.
55My dogs had a great time here. The yard is fully fenced and clean. The host was friendly and responsive.
45The yard was great and Javier was very responsive & flexible. I do wish he warned us about his scary neighbor though. He was throwing things, screaming curse words and yelling at my dogs directly through the fence. I felt a little unsafe and ended up leaving early. Javier said he was harmless, just loud, but it would have been nice to know beforehand. I also had some trouble keeping my dog out of his rat poisons around the yard, so just be aware of those if your dog is nosey with no recall, like mine. Lastly, the gate would not lock from the inside and we could not find a trash can anywhere. We had to haul our dog poop out with us. Not sure if I missed the cans, but I wish the instructions would have mentioned something about it. Overall, thank you Javier for letting me use your beautiful yard!
55Nice large grass area on a quiet street. My dog had lots of fun sniffing and playing.

Perennial creek that is shallow and not dangerous, but springfed and very cold...small dog owners be aware. Water dogs love it! LOTS of wildlife passes through here (including bears, cougars, bald eagles). Really fun for sniffing, splashing, and running. Steep canyon walls, so be sure your dog has recall. Boots or sturdy shoes recommended.
