Large half acre yard fully fenced with grass and large pool for dogs. Parking off road available, as well as amenities such as free wifi, no contact entry, water bowl & hose for rinsing/ cleaning dogs and a optional sprinkler toy for dogs- amenities such as tables, umbrellas, outlets, and outdoor bathroom available for guests. A dog friendly pool and turf spot where you can play ball, swim, or just let your dog run in giant circles! Summer months are upon us and this increases the number of pool filters we have to buy to keep the pool fresh and clean for your pups! Our summer pricing will reflect this change. Please be sure to read the below rules before booking! MAX OF 2 HUMANS PER DOG PLEASE! If there will be additional guests, an additional charge will apply and an extra must be added to your reservation. Please note, pet turf can get very warm so if you intend to play on the turf, you may want to reserve in the cooler parts of the day. Please do not open deck boxes, sheds or the screen room enclosure door. Please do not move any of the wooden or metal furniture or umbrellas. If you would like something to be moved, please ask us via the chat function in the app. Please manage excessive barking as we do have neighbors to respect. Excessive barking also agitates my giant breed dogs! Please keep barking to a minimum! Please do not leave human food or dog treats anywhere in the space, ESPECIALLY in the pool! We request that you do not feed treats in the water as food can damage our filtration system. This can be dangerous for other dogs, including mine , and can also attract bugs! Bags and trash can are provided to clean up after yourself and your pet. Please be sure to do this.

Bring your snacks and work from here - table and chairs, wifi, extension cord, mini fridge for your bevs! Fans available for hot days. Or do no work and relax with music or a show on the outdoor TV. We love fun and messes, PawSpa shower and soap system included. Access to indoor bathroom (please, no pets inside, DM us if your pet has special needs or sep anxiety & we can figure something out!!). Wrap around yard for zoomies! Plenty of space to play fetch and catch some rain if you want the party sprinkler set up. Ready to relax? Check out the poolside beds. Dog life jackets available in S, M, L. Yes, dogs can come climb on the waterfall! All rentals come with towels, tennis balls, human sunscreen and bug spray, poo bags and unlimited sniffs!! Completely fenced backyard with manicured grass for roaming, and frolicking. Toys, treats, poop bags, and water bowl provided. Human companions will love their spaces as well with plenty of seating options on umbrella covered patio table and chairs or covered deck with cushioned seating, fan and TV. Alexa can be asked to play music outdoors as well. Self-service hose with sprayer, sprinkler to run in, and pup pool available should you want to fill it up (only halfway please) and towels available. While water features aren’t an extra cost, please do not leave hose running to flood the yard, and be sure water is turned off before you leave so as not to waste water. We also offer monthly memberships for our returning guests - your hourly rate goes down plus you get some free extras. Check out the membership section for details on our Member only perks! Rules: Hot tub is not for Sniffspot use, dogs should be kept off cover. Absolutely no digging or destruction of grass. Please pick up after your pet - bags provided. No smoking while on property. There are security cameras present and in use on the property at all times. Out of respect for the dietary restrictions of other dogs, please refrain from throwing any treats in the grass. Please discourage excessive barking so as not to upset neighbors.

Fully fenced yard, ready for your pups! We are located in beautiful, quiet Parrish,FL. We have a 6ft privacy fence with a preserve in the back and and one side leaving us with one neighbor(who does NOT have any dogs). You are more than welcome to bring your dog(s) here to let out some energy and run freely! Sit on the patio and enjoy the views :)

Our Tampa Heights Bungalow is located on two lots making this a very spacious place for your puppy dog to run around. Our backyard is fully fenced with a white vinyl fence. Things to know: Water - There is a garden hose and water bowl located toward the back of the house.  Toys - You will find a few toy balls in a bucket by the water hose that your pup is welcomed to use during your visit. Splash Pad - Your dog is welcomed to cool off in the puppy dog splash pad area. Just hook up the water hose for about five or 10 minutes until it fills up. Entry - enter using the double entry driveway gate. Parking - Parking is on the grass anywhere south of the driveway and in front of the privacy fence. Please do not park in the driveway in front of the entry gate. Trash - use the large blue city trashcan just outside of the privacy fence located near the double entry gate. Owners are responsible for picking up pet waste. Seating - use the back patio furniture to sit and relax. Shade - use the large patio umbrella for shade. There is also a patch of trees on the south west corner of the property. Security – Working and monitored security cameras serve as a invaluable safety measure for enhanced security and peace of mind. The security cameras provide an added layer of protection and ensuring the safety of the property and clients.  Lawn Service - Lawn Care occurs once every two weeks. The grass will be at its tallest right before a scheduled service.
