FALL UPDATES: we do have solar heat for the pool, with the lower outdoor temps and shorter days, the pool is not as warm. The doggies don't seem to mind! Humans, it's a tad chilly! Completely fenced backyard with manicured grass for roaming, and frolicking. Toys, treats, poop bags, and water bowl provided. Human companions will love their spaces as well with plenty of seating options on umbrella covered patio table and chairs or covered deck with cushioned seating, fan and TV. Alexa can be asked to play music outdoors as well. Self-service hose with sprayer, sprinkler to run in, and pup pool available should you want to fill it up (only halfway please) and towels available. While water features aren’t an extra cost, please do not leave hose running to flood the yard, and be sure water is turned off before you leave so as not to waste water. Rules: Hot tub is not for Sniffspot use, dogs should be kept off cover. Absolutely no digging or destruction of grass. Please pick up after your pet - bags provided. No smoking while on property. There are security cameras present and in use on the property at all times. Out of respect for the dietary restrictions of other dogs, please refrain from throwing any treats in the grass. Please discourage excessive barking so as not to upset neighbors.

Welcome to our backyard!! Plenty of space to run and a tug rope to play. Dig in the pool to release some energy or zip down the slide for a blast of excitement. We offer a few extras such as a fire pit and grill to add to the vibe. Either way, there is something for your dog to do. We also have plenty of shade and seating for you. The hammock is available upon request. We have amazing shade all day. Early mornings are beautiful and the evenings are quiet. Thank you for your patience 🥰 Parking arrangements: Please pull right into the driveway. I do ask that you keep your vehicles off of the concrete area in front of the fence right next to the house. We have a beautiful 7 acre property with 4 acres divided into three separately sized pastures: the biggest, a 1.7 acre pasture, a medium sized pasture with 1.4 acres, and a small pasture that has .6 acres. All pastures have access to drinking water and kiddie pools + balls and frisbees. Plenty of umbrellas and lean-to’s for shade!
