It’s my home. Corner lot. Fenced yard. Grass. Water hose access for water bowls. Nice neighborhood & neighbors. Lots of dogs walk by, mostly mornings and evening-just so you know in case your dog is reactive. poo bags, trash receptacle on site. Chairs on patio w optional umbrella to open for you to relax while dogs play.

I have 2 kids, 2 cats and 2 dogs and have lived in our neighborhood since 2008. It has changed a lot. Lots of families have moved to the area, you see people out walking a lot. Nice neighbors, pretty quiet neighborhood. There’s lots of activity around the yard with people out walking with and without dogs. If your dog is reactive, this probably isn’t the spot for you. There is a 4 ft fence on one side and a pass through behind the house to another yard with a taller fence. I try to keep guests on the shorter fence side. There is damage to the fence due to storms but not where a dog would escape. There is a gazebo with a sitting area and limited light at night. Running hose water available to refill water bowls. Small shade cover in yard for dogs.
