March 2026 Updates: Spring is definitely giving us a tease this month! Lots of guests have visited us during these 60 to 70° days and it’s great to hear the sounds of happy barking again. The yard is currently a mix of some snow and lots of grassy areas. There are several muddy spots, so for this month plan on bringing boots and a towel to wipe paws. All the favorite toys are out, as well as bottled water when the weather is above freezing and a stainless steel bowl. Enjoy use of another .50 acre of flat, open field for long leash training and recall. While you’re here, enjoy a hike in the Shenipsit State Forest just steps away from our property. Hike the Connecticut blue trail and take your pet(s) on a fun adventure. SPECIAL NOTE: due to the snow, our fence is currently snowed in! Once we can get the fence to open we’ll open back up! Please feel free to send us a message if you have any questions! We live at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and want to share our yard with other furry friends! Enjoy a hilly yard with space to play fetch. Come check out our beautiful backyard that sits on old farm property. We are on a scenic road with beautiful views all around. We abut a walking trail but our yard is fully fenced in. We are currently adding a new patio so that is something to look forward to! We have a dog of our own and children, so please no dogs that are not good with kids unless it is booked during school hours.

We are so sorry, but the Town of Auburn has decided that we cannot have a Sniff Spot - they deem it inappropriate for a residential neighborhood. Feel free to complain to them! :) We will appeal and try to come back - we have so enjoyed hosting everyone! Please note - the pool is closed for the winter! We will open it back up when the weather gets friendlier!

It isn't visible until you are closer up, but rest assured, the woods are fully enclosed and extends far beyond the rocks. Mary's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Windsor

Fully fenced in yard with open space for running and playing. There are trees outside the fence offering shade when needed. There is a hose for water access and toys throughout the yard. We do have a small area that is separated by a chain link fence for our dog to use as a quick outing while you are here if needed. He would always be supervised and is very friendly! Outdoor amenities are available in spring, summer, and fall only.
