We’re an acre property located in a historic neighborhood, we’re family/small child friendly and of course we love pups! The main yard is fully enclosed where you’ll find water, some toys and plenty of room to play. The back half of the yard is currently unavailable to guests. We look forward to your visit; enjoy! ♥️🐾

6ft privacy fence, well maintained yards. For the humans if you’d like use of your amenities such as the fire pit, grill, outdoor games and restroom there will be a $50 fee. If you don’t pickup after your dog there is a $25 fee. You may see myself or cleaners inside the home but you have full private use of the backyard.

Entire back yard is fenced with 3 gate entrances. Back gate opens to open field area. Pool is easily accessible for dogs with a tanning ledge entrance. If you have a high-shedding dog, please brush them out before your visit. Swimming at your own risk. Dog life-vest are not provided. If needed bring your own. Outside kitchen has sink and mini fridge. Seating in multiple places around the yard includes bar chairs, lounge chairs, rockers and hammock. NO SMOKING / NO VAPING/ NO ALCOHOL. Only 1 person per visit is allowed in the pool to assist dog(s). No matter how many dogs visit it is only 1 designated person per visit. For additional people in the pool please add the extra of additional people. Add each additional person. It is $30 per person.

Fully fenced backyard on the Little Creek Reservoir in Virginia Beach. Total fenced area is 0.25 acres, with fence standing 3.5 feet tall. There is also a walking path that goes down to the lake behind my property. Looking forward to hosting you and your puppy! Please clean up after your pet and stay out of the sheds. Feel free to use the chairs on the deck or the water bowl for your dog.

Huge, fully fenced backyard with 2 access gates. 1 on either side of house, plentiful off street and street parking, with grassy, muddy, and mulched areas! Ample sunny spots and fully shaded areas, people seating, pup (and people) toys, water bowls, poop bags and trash can. Great space for safe recall training. Lots of hidden treasure sniff spots, room for full speed zoomies, some wildlife if you’re lucky, and tons of space to explore. Yard treated with pet/eco friendly lawn products ONLY, also treated for fleas/ticks/mosquitos regularly

🐶 A tired dog is a happy dog :) 📍This ~3000sq/ft of private fully fenced yard is a great area to let your dogs run, especially reactive pups! Letting a dog off the leash where they can run around makes a huge difference for a dog’s well-being, mentally and physically. I believe all dogs deserve their own private space to live their best lives. This is the best safe space for the ultimate off leash play. Large open grassy pasture (no horses will be in it at time of visiting). Fenced with "no climb" wire from the ground to about 4' Large 10'x24' open run-in shed provides shade. Water spicket conveniently located near gate.
