Welcome to 50 acres of puppy heaven! Located off Crittenden Road in Suffolk, Virginia. Please take dirt lane, there is no house. Please do not disturb neighbors. Drive or Walk through the gate and the whole area is yours! There are walking trails in the woods, a pond to find and a river to explore. The open field is wonderful for training and or play. Your dog will love exploring this wonderful property. ***This is the country. The land is wonderful to explore but it is vacant and undeveloped. You will encounter nature, really in the spring and summer. There are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please only book if you are used to the outdoors and being adventurous!*** Update from my guests comments: Wear bug spray when it’s warm, check for ticks after a visit, boots are recommended after rainy days, dogs may get muddy bring towels and look for the new mailbox to identify the dirt lane off the road. Enjoy!

Our backyard is about 1/4 acre fenced in with a gate that you can drive through in the event that you don’t want to leash up your dog to walk them into the backyard. We have a total of 3.5 acres with a path through the woods if you want a mini nature walk. The barn is accessible within the fenced area and we have a covered porch off the back of the house. There’s plenty of shade under the mature trees and chairs can be set out by request. The yard is treated 2x per year with non toxic, human and dog safe diatomaceous earth to deter fleas and ticks. Resident dog waste cleaned up regularly. Resident dogs up to date on all vaccinations. Ask me about pet sitting services!

We own 4.8 acers of open water front land with a path (small trail) that leds to the water. Great breeze, sun light and private access to the water.

Letting a dog off the leash where they can run around makes a huge difference for a dog’s well-being, mentally and physically. There is no way they can physically interact with your dog through the fence, but control of your dog must be your priority while walking to and from our property Penny’s Place is exactly what you want to make of it! Nearly one acre of fully fenced space where you can run, sunbathe, sniff the few trees, play with the hose and kiddie pool, whatever your pup’s heart desires! We do our best to refund our guests when unforeseen circumstances arise, derailing your reservation. Please try to give us notice, even if you are within the 2 hour window, so we can cancel your block. *if bad weather is highly anticipated in the area, please understand that we may not always approve a full refund if you cancel last minute HOURS: we close nightly at 10pm and reopen the following morning at 6 am.

The COACA© LLC Canine Park would be a host location for pets to come and engage with other socialized pets. The location is primarily a Canine Obedience And Correction Agency. Please contact us directly for more information to schedule your reservation 305-834-2195. www.facebook.com/canineman1 PLEASE NOTE ALL VISITS MUST BE CONFIRMED DIRECTY WITH HOST. All guests pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and introduced to the host. Our property does have pets on property at all times and they are kept securely away from the spot, unless otherwise determined. Property gates are locked at all times and access must be granted to enter the property.

Shaded off road parking. We have several separated yards that include digging areas, pool and sprinkler area dog grooming station, chairs and a fire pit. Y’all come!
