Dogs should have reliable recall or remain on an appropriate leash or long line. Please supervise your dog at all times. Wildlife and other animals may occasionally be present on this rural property. 🐄 CATTLE PASTURE + POND: There is a fenced cattle pasture located through the gate to the right of the barn. The pasture includes a pond and approximately 40 cattle, including a bull and cows with calves. Guests who choose to go into the cattle pasture with their dogs are welcome to do so, but please keep in mind that this is an active livestock pasture and is not maintained specifically for dog activity. Cattle behavior around unfamiliar people and dogs can be unpredictable, especially when calves are present. If you choose to enter the pasture, please keep your dog under control, give the cattle plenty of space, never allow your dog to chase or harass the livestock, and leave all gates exactly as you found them. 🚗 PARKING & PROPERTY GUIDELINES: • Park to the left of the house only • Please do not block the driveway • Please do not park on the grass • No access to the barn • Please respect all gates, fencing, livestock, and private areas 💧 Please bring drinking water for you and your pup, as there is no outdoor water source available on the property. ✨ Whether your pup wants to sniff every blade of grass, get some serious zoomies out, practice recall, explore the countryside, or simply relax with you, we hope you enjoy your time here. Come let your pups get their zoomies out in a beautiful backyard setting with lots of room to run and play! It has short grass so it is enjoyable for any size dog. It is a third of an acre conveniently located in town. There is a 6 foot solid wooden privacy fence around the entire property. Located in a large corner lot with few neighbors so it is very private. Human guests can enjoy plenty of comfortable cushioned seating, including chaise lounge chairs, rocking chairs and hammocks. You can park off of the street in the driveway or there is plenty of street parking in front of the house. There are lots of amenities to make your visit even more enjoyable! We ❤️ visitors!

Very very open fully fenced back yard on the new side of a community, which brings peaceful and relaxing outdoor spaces. The yard is large enough for several dogs at a time to live their best life and plenty of sitting shaded area for their owner to relax and unplug using host WiFi.

Travis and chairs, covered back porch available too Cheaper than a city lol and a lot more fun without the crowds! . I have 3.24 acres that is unfenced for now that I own in sunset Texas. I am looking at purchasing the 4 acres next to my property to add to it. We are in the country off a dirt road. We have lots of space and open area for dogs to play. We do have stickers that are getting treated and we are trying to get rid of them so I don’t recommend any dogs that are long haired. We have three dogs on property as well as a goat, 20 chickens, and 6 snakes inside. I have access to a water spicket outside to fill up a water bowl if needed. I am so far out in the country that I don’t currently offer many amenities but if I have people interested in my land for visits I will add more as we go. If you have questions feel free to ask. 😊
