Created for dogs who need room to run — and humans who need a moment to breathe. We’re a family of dog lovers with a playful golden retriever named Wolfie, who spends most of his days chasing tennis balls, sprinting around the yard, and visiting his best friend Karl next door. Good Times Dog Yard was created as a peaceful countryside space where dogs can safely run, sniff, explore, and burn off energy while their humans slow down and relax a little too. Our private fenced yard is surrounded by trees, open country views, and nearby horse pastures, with plenty of room for dogs of all sizes and energy levels to safely play and explore. The space includes: * fully fenced private yard * open grassy play space * sunny + shaded areas throughout the day * seating area for humans * fresh water for dogs and guests * toys and play features * easy parking and simple access * family-friendly setup with separate play space for children This spot is especially great for: * high-energy dogs * reactive dogs needing private space * apartment dogs * busy dog owners needing an easy outdoor reset * families wanting a relaxed outdoor outing The vibe here is intentionally easygoing. No crowded dog parks. No pressure. Just open air, grass, trees, and room to breathe. Buster was a 16 year-old dog who passed away while running in his sleep on July 25, 2025. He enjoyed his field with family dogs his entire life. He was the last one as I am at an age now where I probably won't be getting another dog; so, I want others to enjoy the land. After the first freeze, I drain the interior pipes and hot water heater to the wash stall inside the barn, there is however a 12-month frost free outdoor fountain on the back side of the barn by the woods with a water trough and plenty of electric outlets. I mowed a trail around the perimeter that is about .4 miles for a walk / run around the inside of the perimeter of the five acre field (.2 miles if you cut through the middle to avoid the little hill on the side next to the houses on the road).
