Welcome to our peaceful 10-acre country property! Your visit includes access to approximately 5 acres of open space for your dog to explore, sniff, run, and play. One of the highlights of the property is our beautiful 1-acre pond, which your dog is welcome to enjoy. Whether they love splashing in the water or simply exploring new scents, there’s plenty of room to burn off energy. Please note that the area immediately surrounding our home is private and is not included in your reservation. The accessible portion of the property is separate from our house to give you and your pup plenty of space. The property has barbed wire fencing around the perimeter, but it is not a secure fenced-in area. The fencing should not be relied upon to contain dogs. For your dog’s safety, we recommend keeping dogs on a long line if they are prone to wandering. If you’re looking for a quiet, rural spot where your dog can enjoy nature, open space, and pond access away from busy parks, we’d love to host you!

Fully fenced back yard in an estate neighborhood (property lots are 1-2 acres each). Driveway parking. This is a dead-end street (we have a long driveway you can use). The fenced back yard is about 1/2 an acre or more of grass, concrete, rocks, fire pit, shade covering, and a small garden/orchard area (it's not for dogs, but we know it can be hard to keep them out of it - and that is OK! :) ). Gate entrance at the end of the driveway. Dog dish & hose water, doggy bags (these may be under the water dish), electrical outlet by the house back door, shade/sun protection with chairs, fire pit & chairs, swing on the tree, basketball hoop & balls in plastic toy shed, yard giant connect four, and kid toys in the toy shed. Garbage can is the big green one next to the garage. No restroom on site. No wi-fi. Enjoy your stay! This property owner currently does not have dogs anymore, but the yard is still dog friendly and we love that that SniffSpot allows this great yard to still bring joy to other dogs and their hoo-mans. There are no other pets in this yard. You may see or hear the neighbor's dog, who is occasionally outside. All backyard fencing is traditional 6' wood privacy fencing.
