A fully fenced large front yard with trees to sniff and brush to explore. There’s enough space for a frisbee throw or chase a ball. Enjoy the toys provided then get a big ole drink of water to cool down. We have poop bags, a pooper scooper available and a trash receptacle. Hand sanitizer and sunscreen for your convenience. Benches for relaxing and watching your babies play.

Secluded, shaded property with creek running through. Dogs can get wet enjoy a wooded lot with a cleared area for fetching and running.

Please come share our 10 acres with us! (5 acres to roam the other 5 has our personal residence.) Bring your pup to just run some energy off, swim, train birding or hunting dogs, or bring the family for a picnic. There are several large pecan trees provide great shade in each area! We love hosting guest and their fur babies. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions. Please park by SniffSpot sign and railroad tie. This is at the first curve of the driveway on the left by the first water crossing. Located outside of Lincoln city limits in Washington County, nestled between Hwy 62 and Hwy 59. Our 3 acre private lot is part of a 189 acre farm. The lot is partially fenced off, there is no fence that runs along the private access road. The rest of the lot is fenced off from the farm along with a cattle guard to keep you and your pet separated from the cattle. It is recommended that you keep an eye on your pet if the cattle are grazing near the lot during your visit. Near the shop building there is a water spigot with access to city water for you and your pet. Some parts of the lot are kept mowed while the rest of the lot may be somewhat grown up. Near the fence line by the pond, that section of the field will be wet/muddy if it has rained. It will stay a wet-land for a week or more if it has not been warm enough to dry up. We will allow access to the pond but we ask that you inquire first due to the cattle migration patterns, as we want to ensure your pets safety during your visit. Overall, this countryside lot is quiet and peaceful. For overnight camping requests please message for more info!

Hello! My backyard is completely fenced and flat. It is mostly grass, but there are some spots that are dirt due to the sun not reaching them. We just got part of our fence redone, so it is brand new! My dog will be inside at all times when my yard is being rented out. I can have water set out for the dogs, and chairs out there for you to sit in. Just let me know what you would like. All size dogs are welcomed. :) My dog has toys that stay outside that are welcomed to be played with. I can also pick them up beforehand if requested. We have a few tree limbs in the yard that have broken off our neighbors trees during storms, but we have left them - honestly because our dog likes to try to pick them up haha!

We have a massive and divided backyard! Our backyard is split into two yards, and the back-backyard is a great space to let your pup(s) run! Please only use the big field as our smaller yard is utilized by us much more and isn't as great a space for your pet to run. The back-backyard is about .5+ acres and is mostly open field! We do have chairs available for use and we can supply a few toys if desired, including a splash pad or puppy pool! Once you book your visit we will put out dog bags and a trash can for you, so please pick up after your dog(s)! To use the splashpad you'll have to reach out to me and I can give you additional instructions. This will come with a small fee to cover water expenses.

Our yard is multi-level and ready for lots of playtime and exercise! We have a covered patio with a fan and bench seating. There is plenty of room for dogs of all sizes to run on both levels.

Fully fenced 1/2 acre yard (6’ privacy fence) with lots of room to run. Also has a nice patio for parents to hang out and watch the dogs play. Dog toys available outside for use. In the process of building a dog play area complete with digging area and obstacles to jump and climb, but still a great spot to play without this area done yet.
