Welcome to Flemington! Bring your four legged friends to our quiet street located in a cull-de-sac. The pool is ready for those that love to swim and you can either sit in our outdoor seating area, under an umbrella or out in the rays. There is a good mix of sun and shade in the fenced in area. The dog(s) are welcome to swim in the pool and one adult is allowed to swim too. No children under the age of 18 are allowed in the pool. Any additional adults who wish to swim will be charged an extra fee. The pool is chlorine, and I have a garden hose so you can rinse your dog(s) off before and after swimming. We will give you and your pups privacy and won’t be in the SniffSpot during your time. however, we do live here, so you may hear kids or see a person over the fence. This place is a sanctuary for me, and I hope you and yours enjoy it as well.

Great to get zoomies out before or after a leashed hike or training class in our onsite dog training school. Feel free to stop by Buddy's Boutique after playtime for a doggie snack or new toy. All proceeds go to help homeless animals and low-income pet owners! Message before arrival for the combination to the lock on the gate. *Suggestion from host--lock the gate when you enter so no passersby can come in. People sometimes think this is a public space they can walk into when they see guests inside. Our porta potty is also not public if people claim it to be so. PARTY PACKAGES AVAILABLE! Private dog park for your pups! Approx half acre, fully fence 6’ aluminum fencing, with 3.75” between vertical rods. There may be some very small gaps (under 4”) under fencing as it was installed this year. We are facing The Great Swamp wildlife refuge with various animals living behind us, so they may be tempted with scents. 😊 While there is secure fencing under the deck, please also do not allow your dog to dig and create gaps, for safety reasons. This is a private home, the bookings are allowing me to recover from this new fence for my greyhound mix. Please be respectful and do not let your dog urinate on the house, deck, deck stairs, etc. This is a beautiful location against the Great Swamp, and I’d like to share it with other four-legged friends. We just moved from nyc to have a yard, so I understand the importance of off-leash freedom! There is a small trash can at end of the carport (near back steps) for potty bags. Please pick up after your dog. We may be home, but we will not bother you. We are located on a dead end, and it is typically very quiet and peaceful here. You are welcome to park in our driveway. Not a business - community service for disabled people trying to owner train their service dogs in training. Quiet fenced in yard in residential neighborhood. Parking available in driveway or on street. Two fenced yards available. One pea-gravel (800 sq feet) and one mostly grass (6000 sq feet). Splash pad, agility equipment, and rental dogs available. Price set as low as it goes. This is not a business this is a community service being run out of a home with a Karen neighbor. Beautiful, scenic, secluded 3.62 acres for your pups to revel in. There is a patio with table and chairs for humans to relax. front yard has a hill with a long driveway for some great exercise and backyard is fully fenced. Playground set for small children to use while the doggies run free without disturbance. The trampoline is off limits; please do not use it. Feel free to use the hose to fill your dog’s water bowl. In winter, the water is turned off. If you want to enjoy the lush (not fenced) front yard, relax in the Adirondack chairs and watch the sunset or sunrise. The view is stunning. This setting is named after our beautiful late German Shepherd, Cheyenne, who lives on in our hearts forever.
