Description

Over one half acre Fully fenced . Fenced in separate dog run . Great if you have two or more dogs that you want to separate . Some agility equipment I want you and your dogs to make yourselves at home . *Water activities, and some furniture is unavailable until end of April .

Hazards

HOST NOTE

Hosta plants. A few American Toads that make an appearance some evenings , which is why my spot is closed at night in the summer /fall. They can make a dog nauseous. The lawn is not completely level, there are some dips in the grass. Cedar mulch which is NOT toxic to dogs , but some of the chips are large enough for a dog to chew. Please be aware of this if your dog is known to chew on wood .

As the owner of a dog that can be reactive at times, this yard has been our safe space . It is a huge blessing to me to be able to share this space with others. So, please make yourselves comfortable ! PS ( There may be times when the pool /splash pad/agility equipment are not set up and ready to go, but they will always be out and available for you to set up and use).

Farmland Property has two farm fields, Woods with trails. 10 Achres of grass and Salt Creek in back of the house/yard. (Fallen Trees down in trails from last tornado. All pets, teens and children must stay with owner at all times! Stay away from widow makers: Any tree leaned against another which, will fall at some point and could kill any living thing under it when it falls! 10 foot drop off surrounding entire property= wetland/tertuaries: Do not enter due to probable quick sand, per great Lakes fish and game wardens and assigned wetland scientist that frequent property and protect the wetlands. All NW IN wild animals share property. Brown recuse spiders: found on wood. Coyotes, deer and wild turkeys roam throughout the land. Sand cranes, geese, large Crows, Owls, and Midwest birds hang out. Eagles, and Hawks will take small dogs, cats and children. No drugs, marijuana, alcohol while, wandering property with dog on sniffspot.com. If smoking or vaping do not throw butts/litter in yard and not allowed in trails/forest areas only open grass areas. Thank you! Cathy
