Note from host

The majority of the fence is privacy wooded fence. The front part of the house has a metal gated fence and is near a bus stop. For less social dogs, I would recommend keeping activities in the larger grass area in the backyard.

Anna's Orchard Creek Farm In Upper Marlboro

A small private horse farm that directly backs up to a state park. Fields, woods, and creek on property. Dogs must stay out of the horse pasture (some horses may chase them). I have a friendly foxhound on site, although she stays in the house unless I'm walking her. She does love other dogs to play with however!

We have one gap in the fence at the back of our property that we plan to fix this weekend (see the picture). Otherwise it’s a great spot for running around and playing with a ball. Also there are goats at the back of the property that come to the fence from time to time (in case any dogs might not enjoy that).

Spacious backyard right in the heart of Arlington! Your pup should enjoy a place to run around even in the city. Parking: I had a gravel drive way feel free to park in and behind my car if I’m home. There’s also a parking lot next to me that has two hour free parking. Note: my house is right off Glebe so you can hear cars passing while in the back, but it is pretty sheltered from people passing on the sidewalk.
