Absolutely no pool parties are allowed! If you are looking for a place for people to swim, you may be able to find a pool on the Swimply app. All guests must be 18 or older. ** Dogs must be leashed until you have entered the yard. This is both a Sniffspot and HOA rule. Ideal yard for dogs in south College Station with lots of areas to explore and a large pool with two waterfalls, jet fountains and 3 sets of steps for easy and safe in/out for the pups. Fully fenced with stone and wrought iron gates allows the pups lots of room to run, even when the weather is too chilly for swimming. Includes a shaded seating area with ceiling fans, an indoor bathroom, doggy shower, towels & toys. Our yard has a little elevation that adds fun and helps tire out pups without being too steep. There is plenty of open space for running and exploring, plus lots of toys available to keep the play going. Purified water is provided for dogs at no cost (bring your own bowl if you are particular), and bottled water is available for humans as well. If you would like, our own trained one year old pup can join in the fun. He is playful, friendly, and full of energy, making him a great playmate for visiting dogs. For humans, we have a covered patio with a personal air conditioner to keep you cool, WiFi for staying connected, and even a TV with Apple TV if you want to watch a show or play music while your dog enjoys the yard. We keep the space well maintained and safe since it is also where our own dogs play. We handle cleanup for you, so you do not need to worry about picking up after your pup.
