This private yard features a 6 foot high chain linked fence encompassing approximately 0.7 acres. For dogs: Balls and 3 types of ball launchers, including electric, manual, and shotgun, are provided. Also provided are a water bowl, towels, poop station, toys, and two off ground dog beds. For humans: A small refrigerator stocked with bottled water, a sunroom with electric fireplace, an outdoor bonfire with seating for three and snacks are provided. The main entrance is on a hill, but another entrance, that is only slightly sloped, can be accessed as well upon request.

Our property is a dogs dream! We no longer have a dog of our own, but when our grand dog comes over, she has stated it feels like Disney world! We have 3 fully fenced acres perfect for exploring and chipmunk chasing and a pond perfect for swimming! No areas are off limits other than our decks. Occasionally the neighbor dog is out to say hello with a bark but he is friendly and typically gets called inside after a quick hello. Our neighbors are very kind if you happen to see them as well, but again there is a fence between our neighbors!

Some trees are changing already. Please stay on the cleared paths on the West side and South portion of the property due to work being done on other sections. There are wooden arrow signs that help you navigate to the back of the property and back to the parking area. Thank you. We have a fully fenced in yard in the Village Oaks subdivision! Come bring your dogs to have some fun while your kids are at school or have them all come play after school. For pups, we have lots of grassy area to run and play. They’re welcome to hop on our kids’ play set and ride down the slide, as our beloved dog did. Welcome to our “back 40,” featuring an evergreen alcove, a small wooded walking path, lots of room to run, and tons of sticks to play with. For the humans we have a picnic table and chairs for relaxation. The bungee cords on the gate are to help secure it, feel free to use them if you feel the need. NOTE: Please bring your own water, as we don’t have a water spigot out back. Special note for June and July: it’s mulberry season, and boy have we got ‘em (fortunately they are not toxic to dogs). Please note that our parking spot and part of our Sniffspot are covered by mulberry trees, so you *will* get berries on your shoes. Dress accordingly! 👍🏼
