Description

More than welcome to use the whole 1 acre of land. No chemicals used for treating bugs, grass always cut. Smoke breaks allowed as long as it is outside the white fenced area. (Under the pergola is fine as well) There’s a pergola in the yard if you need shade for a break, and if you don’t mind going around it you’re absolutely welcome to use the full yard! Perfect for training in open areas, quiet neighborhood, not many drivers or people walking. Only occasionally. It’s very hot, the sun is bright here so make sure to stay hydrated! Please let me know ahead of time if your dog is not friendly, thank you!

There might be bunnies in the yard. I do not put chemicals in the yard to keep pests out. Grass is perfectly clean and safe if your dog likes to chew on grass like mine.

Please leave the property as you found it. * Smoking cigarettes is permitted, but please dispose of all cigarette butts and other smoking materials in the trash. Do not throw them on the ground. * No littering. Please dispose of all trash properly before leaving. * No unauthorized sales, solicitation, or commercial activity on the property at any time. * Please respect the property and neighboring homes. This spot is for getting a walk or run with your pup. Plenty of trail for your pup to run, walk and explore. They’ll have fun chasing a rabbit now and then. Very peaceful, quiet and private. One side is barbed wire, occasionally see horses on that side. If you can whistle loud they may come to see you hoping for a treat. They love carrots! Off street parking. It is not completely fenced. Shrubbery is very thick along parts of the fence line. Suitable for all breeds and sizes of dogs who like to run and explore.
