Description

More than welcome to use the whole 1 acre of land. No chemicals used for treating bugs, grass always cut. Smoke breaks allowed as long as it is outside the white fenced area. (Under the pergola is fine as well) There’s a pergola in the yard if you need shade for a break, and if you don’t mind going around it you’re absolutely welcome to use the full yard! Perfect for training in open areas, quiet neighborhood, not many drivers or people walking. Only occasionally. It’s very hot, the sun is bright here so make sure to stay hydrated! Please let me know ahead of time if your dog is not friendly, thank you!

There might be bunnies in the yard. I do not put chemicals in the yard to keep pests out. Grass is perfectly clean and safe if your dog likes to chew on grass like mine.

Dogs should only be off leash if they have reliable recall. Otherwise, please use your own leash or long line. * All guests, pets, and children must be supervised at all times. Throwing rocks, climbing on structures, vandalism, or intentionally damaging the property is strictly prohibited. * If you move chairs, toys, equipment, furniture, or any other items, please return them to their original location before leaving. Please leave the property as you found it. * Smoking cigarettes is permitted, but please dispose of all cigarette butts and other smoking materials in the trash. Do not throw them on the ground. * No littering. Please dispose of all trash properly before leaving. * No unauthorized sales, solicitation, or commercial activity on the property at any time. * Please respect the property and neighboring homes. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or activities that interfere with others are not permitted. * Guests are responsible for any damage they or their pets cause during their visit.
