Welcome to our sniff spot ! I’m a work from home mom and grandma too 2 and 4 legged babies. I bought my home in Jan 2026 and decided to open the property up to 4 legged friends. I’ve done rescue about 25 years and currently have 3 in the house. you will see memorials at and around the property, as my goal is to take in seniors who have been left at shelters, a loving home in their final years and with the little bit of money I make from sharing on sniff spot I can help save more. Please note there are chickens in the back of property but they are securely caged. Thank you so much for your interest in sniffing my property! I’m a work from home mom and grandma too 2 legged and 4 legged babies ! When I was younger I always had a hard time finding places to let my dogs run and have fun so when I bought this property in Jan 26 I decided let’s share it with other 4 legged families. I have 3 dogs of my own and all are rescues. You will see on the property memorials of past rescues that were loved and cherished ! I’ve rescued animals since birth from what my mom says and I’m hoping with letting others share my property I’ll be able to help rescue more !

We have 5 acres of land that is fully enclosed with a fence. Roughly 1.5 acres - 2 acres is cleared land, perfect for running and activity. The remainder is forested. We reside next to a nature preserve, so wild animal encounters can occur. We have seen bears, coyotes, and snakes. Most of these occur in the morning time. The fence up front has some larger holes that a small dog could get through, but this is far away from the primary area located in the back. There are plants toxic to dogs around the house, so it is probably best to remain in the open areas.
