55Property as described, easy to follow instructions for arrival and departure. This was our first sniff spot ever, it was a wonderful experience. My dog enjoyed the mix of terrain, we hiked the property several times over the course of our hour. I came prepared for burrs based on other reviews but he only had a couple. He loved getting to see the neighbors chickens and said hello to the other neighbor’s dog through the fence. Otherwise it was all hiking and prancing through the woods. Great experience overall, would recommend to others.
