Property Rules & Courtesy Guidelines 🐾 To help keep the space clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone, please follow these simple guidelines: 1. Pick up after your dog. Please collect and dispose of all pet waste during your visit, especially in high-traffic areas around the gates and the grassy areas surrounding the Tiny House. 2. Secure the trash can. After disposing of waste, make sure the lid is closed tightly to help keep out wildlife and insects. 3. Secure all gates. Please ensure every gate is fully closed and latched with the carabiner when entering and leaving the property. 4. Return the patio cushions. If rain is forecast for the day, please place all cushions in the storage chest located to the left of the Tiny House. 5. Lower the umbrella. Please close the patio umbrella before leaving, especially if windy conditions are expected. 6. Empty and invert water containers. Pour out any remaining water and turn bowls or containers upside down before you leave to help keep them clean and fresh for the next visitor. 7. Turn off the water. Please make sure the water hydrant is completely turned off before leaving. 8. Leave the space as you found it. A little care goes a long way in helping us maintain a beautiful, welcoming environment for every dog and their humans. 9. Wi-Fi access. The Wi-Fi network name and password are taped to the Tiny House window. Thank you for treating our property with the same care and kindness you would your own. We hope you and your pup have a wonderful visit! 🐶🌳💚

Now I just want to see other dogs enjoying it and having fun. 🐾🥰 We are open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm weather permitting. Private saltwater pool. Dogs are allowed to jump in but must use steps or ramp to get out. READ THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK! Proof of your dog's current vaccines plus what flea and tick preventative they're on is required to be sent to me when you book a reservation!! NO exceptions!! Rabies & Bordatella are Required! If you don't have your dog up to date on these two vaccines and have them on a monthly flea and tick preventative do not book a reservation!! NOTE: Veterans and Active Duty Service Members get half off the hourly rate with Military ID. Please message me for discount code. Thank you for your service & sacrifice!! 🇺🇸🎗️ This is a completely privacy fenced area with deck, patio, sunroom and an 18x36 in-ground saltwater pool. You & your dog can swim & play together safely and securely in the pool Kiddie pool is also available for dogs who are unsure about the "Big" pool - set up, fresh water, and cleaning afterwards for a small extra fee. Choose this in the Extras section. Doggy life jackets in Small, Medium, Large, and XL are provided. Please hang them up to dry after use. Plenty of seating and shade available. Mini fridge with cold bottled water for only $1 each located in the sunroom (choose this in the Extras section). Fun Dog water toys, dog life jackets in all sizes, dog towels, dog pool floats, water bowls and pool ramp available to use at no extra charge. Please bring your own sunscreen. NOTE: Sorry, no bathroom is available for humans as I may not always be home... Dogs MUST be current on their Rabies vaccine & Bordatella vaccines and be on some sort of flea & tick preventative!! Proof of this is required to be sent to me before your visit!! Screenshots are accepted. Poop bags & clean-up station provided near the gated entrance. All owners must pick up after their dogs in and out of the pool area!! Violators will not be allowed to return. There are security cameras on the premises. Max of two people (adults) per dog unless otherwise arranged with Host. Thus is not a pool party spot for humans! The pool is mainly for dogs. Unfortunately, NO children under the age of 16 permitted IN the pool due to liability reasons unless pre-approved ! If you are bringing a child with you, they can sit on the side of the pool or in a chair and watch the dogs swim. They are NOT allowed in the pool under any circumstances unless pre-approved by me in advance!! If You are bringing more than one dog, they must already know each other and get along! It is highly recommended that you brush your dog before your visit. If excessive fur in the filter becomes a problem then this sniff spot will unfortunately no longer be available. Help keep it clean for everyone.
