Welcome to the spacious dog-friendly backyard in Worcester, MA. Natural lush green grass and fully fenced in perimeter. A great space for anxious and/or reactive dogs to enjoy running free and playing fetch without worrying about other dogs. Your dog can enjoy safe play, roam, sniff our local smells, and watch the birds and squirrels! No other pets (or children) will be using the space during the booking! Easy access from both sides of the yard makes access a breeze. Our yard is ready to be your dog's new favorite spot!

Groverland

The pool is open!! Please remember - it needs to be added as an “extra” and there is a limit of 3 dogs in the pool for the longevity of our filter and pump :) Groverland is a 2 acre fenced yard so you and your furry friend(s) have plenty of room to roam. Please be sure the gate latches when you come in and when you leave. We live next to a very busy road and want to ensure everyone's safety! We have toys in a bin on the steps to the deck. Feel free to use them, but please put them back when you are done. There are poop bags and wet wipes on the toy station as well. The poop bucket is next to the gate you came in. Water dishes will be on the pavers between the pool and the house. Use of the pool is an add on, so please be sure to mark that when you make your reservations. We will provide towels, pool toys, and life jackets for your use. Please hang the towels and life jackets on the fence when you have completed your visit. We do ask that you keep barking to a minimum. I have grumpy neighbors who disapprove of the Spot :) We are open from 10am - 4pm, but will sometimes make exceptions, so feel free to ask. My hooman mom, Diane, has a huge fully fenced yard — perfect for zoomies and playtime! It’s loaded with toys, a big water bowl, and even a hose for water fun or a quick refill. There’s plenty of room to run, sniff, and explore, plus soft mulch for comfy lounging. The yard’s got excellent bird, squirrel, and bunny watching, while your hoomans can chill in the shaded yard and enjoy the view of all our fun.

Welcome to our Sniffspot area in Sturbridge (Fiskdale) MA. We are excited to provide an off leash play space for your furry bestie. **Winter alert: Other than a path from the driveway, the Sniffspot area is not shoveled and can be VERY icy and/or snow covered!! Conveniently located close to the Massachusetts Turnpike and Rte 84. The Sniffspot area is in a quiet residential, wooded area. There is a sportsman's club a ways down the road, and if there is an event, occasionally, the range can be audible. Most dogs have been completely unbothered by it. Last minute reservations are ok, but please understand, with minimal notice, we may not have the opportunity to completely refresh the play space. Please utilize the message option for questions and updates.

Fully Fenced in the 'Burbs!

Join us for ~1/4 acre of fenced in fun! The yard is level and easy to run around in or just relax and enjoy. We have 6' privacy fence and a nice shady area under the trees :) We have one dog of our own who will be inside during your stay. You may see people out front or inside the house but the backyard is yours to enjoy. We will give you space with your pup. This spot in a neighborhood setting. Be aware this means people and dogs could be walking around. I do not have control of what people and dogs are in the neighborhood outside of my fenced in spot. The fenced in area is down a long driveway and away from the sidewalk. I do have a box of toys I put out but it’s not listed as an amenity as they tend to get ruined quickly.

Looking for the perfect escape with your furry companion? Our 11-acre property offers the ideal setting for you and your dogs to explore, unwind, and enjoy the great outdoors. Surrounded by scenic views and wide-open spaces, it’s a natural haven for adventurous pups and their humans alike. Winding trails weave through the land, providing plenty of room to roam. Most guests spend about an hour here—walking the 20–30 minute trail loops and then relaxing by the water or letting their dogs play. It’s a great way to enjoy fresh air, peaceful nature, and some quality time with your four-legged friend. We’re always working to enhance the experience, and we plan to add even more trail options this summer—so there will be more to discover on your next visit! A few quick notes: we do not own or have access to the grass field, as it is not part of our property, the trails can get muddy during rainy or winter months, so we recommend wearing boots. The pond is not maintained, and guests who choose to enter the water do so at their own risk. We’re also continuing to mark property lines and add signage to help everyone feel comfortable and informed during their visit.

Welcome to our spot! We have a big beautiful fully fenced in backyard with lots of features for pups to enjoy. Wide open grassy spaces, gentle hills, mossy areas, trees and bushes to explore, a small water feature, sunny and shady spots! We have a nice patio area with a variety of seating and tables. There is a hose for filling up dog bowls (please just ensure it is turned back off!). At the back of the yard, there is a gate leading out into woods/conservation area that can also be explored. If you bring kids, we have a small playhouse on the patio with some toys inside, along with two slides in the middle of the yard. Just ask for the WiFi password! Welcome to my private, fully fenced large yard where your dog can safely run, sniff and relax with no other dogs present. This space is designed for peaceful, one-on-one time for just you and your pup. Open 1/2 acre with no trees so plenty of space for your pups to run and do zoomies and get some great exercise. Secure area with 6’ high fencing. The area is not connected to our home so it gives you private time with your dogs. All visits must be booked at least 3 hours in advance through Sniffspot for each day and time-no drop-ins or recurring standing visits. This helps keep the schedule fair and ensures every guest has a reserved, private experience. 🌾 Sniffspot Update: Hat of the Month is coming mid April. I’m excited to share a new little touch of barnyard magic — Hat of the Month has officially arrived! Each month, you’ll find a few featured hats at the Hat Station and Photo Spot for your pup to try on and enjoy. It’s just a fun way to make your visit a little more memorable. My mastiffs will be in the house or in their fenced area off the house but may possibly see you and you may hear them barking or howling but they are just jealous you are out in their barnyard having fun 😊.
