I have a good-sized fully-fenced backyard with access from the driveway that my own three dogs run around in daily. I have two medium-sized and one small dog and they’ve never been able to get out. I have a small vegetable garden that has a 18” fence. Not the end of the world if the dogs jump in there. There is a porch with seating for the humans as well as a hose and fresh water in water bowls. My dogs cannot see the backyard from inside the house, but I can’t guarantee that they won’t bark. There are also neighborhood dogs that bark in the distance.

We’re located on 1.85 quiet country acres just minutes from 395 North and South. We have an acre of that property fully fenced in. We have open space with sparse trees and several places for the hoomans to sit. There is a large dirt “dig spot” and agility tires for walking on or going under! We offer a large wide open fenced in yard with plenty of space for your dog to run and play. The space is mostly flat with a small hill near the north east corner. Enjoy a view of the nearby golf course while your pet runs, plays or digs in one of two digging pits. The yard is fenced in by a mix of vinyl, wood and wire fencing ranging from 4ft to 8ft tall. Parking is available in our driveway or on street. We have a swing-set available for your children.

To access the agility field: Please follow the driveway straight back past the detached garage. There is a gravel road to take you back to the sniffspot. Please park along the fence line of the field in the grass- do NOT park on the gravel road! *If you have never taken agility classes or competed in agility before, please message me and we can set up a time for a private lesson to ensure the safety of you and your dog! Puppies under a year should not be jumping too high or too repeatedly, and the larger pieces of equipment are dangerous for a dog to dismount improperly. And please, no humans on the equipment!* If you move or change the heights of any jumps, please put them back how you found them before you leave! Do not move any of the larger pieces of equipment (weave poles, dogwalk, a-frame, or teeter). AKC Regulation a-frame, teeter, dogwalk, and jumps from Max200. MAD Agility channel weaves. Saloon door style tire and tunnels from Clean Run. Please potty your dogs outside of the agility field! Keep your dogs leashed for safety as it is not fully fenced outside of the agility field and keep your eyes peeled for poison ivy! Please stay out of the neighbor’s property and out of the fenced in yard close to the house. It is low tech back there. There is no electricity or running water. Gates are secured with bungees for now until permanent posts & latches are installed. Please bring water, bug spray, sunscreen, proper footwear, etc. I do my best to keep the field as manicured as possible, but it is the out of doors so nothing is ever perfect! The pine trees provide lovely shade, but they do also provide pinecones and twigs. Give the space a once over to ensure there is nothing pokey on you or your dog’s path! Be nice to the neighbors! And have fun!

Conveniently located close to the Massachusetts Turnpike and Rte 84. While I usually require advance notice, if you message me, and I'm able to immediately respond, I may be able to accommodate last minute reservations. Hello, and welcome to my private doggie and parent play yard. There is a rain water catch barrel system in place(seasonal)There is a garbage bin, rake and shovel to clean up any droppings. I have offstreet parking for your convenience. Pull into the driveway where you will see a parking sign. The gate is to the left of the garage.  you will see a sniff spot sign on the front lawn so you know you have found the spot. There’s an assortment of play toys, as well as an A-Frame agility ramp, hand sanitizer station and poop bags for your convenience. I’ve provided a table and chairs under a shelter for rest or relaxation. There’s a small trampoline and hoops (warm weather)set up. We have cold water upon request for $1 each in the extras section as well as doggie ice cream for $2.00 each, as well as many special gifts for your fur baby. I hope you enjoy this private time with your pet. Thanks for visiting us. 

Nice fully fenced backyard for your kiddo or big boy to play. Ground rules: your kiddo needs to be taken outside roadside to pee or poop, strictly no peeing or popping in the ground. The deck is not accessible, only the ground is accessible for his/her play. No water facility in the backyard
