Because we maintain much of the acreage in its natural state, you’ll encounter tall grasses, native vegetation, burrs, seeds, uneven terrain, and changing conditions throughout the seasons. Gophers are also very active here, which means there are gopher mounds and holes throughout the property. Please watch your footing while exploring, and consider whether the terrain is appropriate for dogs or people with mobility concerns. We recommend doing a quick paw and coat check for burrs before heading home. Welcome to our 5-acre rugged training field, the perfect private space for gundog preparation, scent work, and heavy-duty tracking. Please note: This land is strictly for training and exercise only. Absolutely NO hunting or harvesting of wildlife is permitted on the property at any time. If you are looking for a manicured city park, this isn't it! Our land is 100% holistic with zero pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers used, providing a clean, natural environment for your dog. Our raw terrain mimics true field conditions to give your dog an authentic working experience. • Training & Play: Dummy play is highly encouraged! We are currently building a dummy launcher that you will soon be able to use on-site with your own training dummies. • Enclosure & Safety: There is no fencing on this property. It is naturally bordered and enclosed by dense, thick wooded areas and heavy tree lines. Because of this, it is strictly recommended for dogs with an excellent, rock-solid recall or handlers training with long lines and tracking leads. • Wildlife & Scent Profile: This land is highly active! This outdoor setup features: • A portable propane water heater supplying an adjustable-temperature water source with a hand wand. • A sturdy wash tub, a clean variety of dog shampoos, and fresh towels. • A cemented post to temporarily leash your dog safely while washing. • Handler Responsibility: To keep this clean for the next guest, you are required to wash out the tub afterward and spray it down with the provided sanitizer. 🚗 Directions & Parking Instructions Please note your parking location depends on whether you booked the basic spot or the warm water wash add-on: • Standard Bookings (Private Field Parking): The entrance is on the south side of 181st. Look for the dog silhouette sign pointing directly to a small, private, off-road grassy parking area. This spot is located west of the main driveway and just east of the brook. • Warm Water Wash Bookings (Driveway Parking): If you ordered the warm water wash station in advance, please park directly in the main driveway. The station is hooked up in our driveway turnaround to stay within hose distance of the house spigot. • Leaving the Property: When your session is over, you can safely leash your dog to the post or use the wire kennel to secure them while you walk over to retrieve your vehicle from the parking area.

NOTE: we will be cleaning and storing away the agility equipment for the winter season starting in September. The agility equipment displayed are only available during the summer months. A large, open 1.25 acre fenced in yard with multiple small hills that is bordered on the west side by a public walking trail (with 6 foot fence) and on the north side by Rice Creek (with 5 foot fence). Note that the creek is not directly accessible from the Sniffspot. During the winter months, deer and foxes pass just outside of the fenced in yard, while in warmer months the creek entices additional wildlife as well as the occasional canoeist or kayak. Agility equipment pictured are available during the warmer months and are not available in the winter. There's abundant street parking as we are located at a dead-end. Please do not park in the driveway. Enter the yard using the gate located to the left of the garage.

20 acres field with tall grass, it has barbed wire fence on 3 sides of field area. It also has some woods, a small pond/nature spring with water and wetland that is not fenced. Come enjoy the peace & quiet. You’re welcome to go anywhere on the property with your dog. Please be careful & keep your dog in view at all times so they don’t get lost. We are located on a busy road, please be careful. Park by building. Property is located north of corn field to telephone poles in natural spring then from the road west to the line of trees. If you go explore by natural spring and woods there is an opening in the fence just west of were the camper is parked by the spring. Bring water, we don’t have running water on property yet.

This is a great little spot with alot of privacy once you are down the hill by the river. There is an open field for the dogs to run and play catch with a mix of grass and sand, There are multiple spots where the dogs and people can get into the water if you wish . I also have a picnic table and some chairs down there to sit and relax at , it is very peaceful and private. I also offer overnight camping for guests for 100 a night , I have a nice large lodge style tent set up overlooking the river , there is a grill picnic table , firepit a couple fishing poles or you could always bring your own. I also have kayaks and a canoe available for rent also.
