55This is such a beautiful and fun place. My Newfie loves it!
55So much for our dog to explore! Safe environment, open space and wooded space, all fenced in. Janine thought of everything and made the experience so easy for us. Thank you for having us!
55Beautiful yard completely geared toward dogs having fun! plenty of room to wander, toys, a pool, wooded area, gardens. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us :)
55Beautiful backyard. Thanks for letting us visit.
55Incredible spot, very thoughtful amenities and a total dog haven!
55Janine is an amazing host and truly does go above and beyond for her guests. We were celebrating our oldest boys 3rd birthday and arrived to find a gift bag full of toys and she even provides homemade treats for the furbabies. She really does think of everything. This is an amazing place and is for a great cause, all proceeds go to a rescue 💙 book your spot! You won't be disappointed! The bubble machine was a huge hit for our boys! We look forward to coming back.
55Janine efforts and thoughtful details make her yard an incredibly fun and relaxing spot for dogs and owners. Her yard and gardens are lovely with plenty of space for zoomies and shade to stay cool. We were so appreciative to be able to swim in the spotlessly clean pool with our water loving GSD who is also fearful of dogs/reactive which makes finding swimming spots challenging. There were 3 water options and loads of fun toys. You can feel Janine’s joy and love for dogs all around. She took the time to decorate with birthday balloons, handmade treats, towels and cold drinks. Thankyou so much Janine!
55This is my second time visiting this amazing dog-friendly spot, and it continues to impress me. It's the perfect spot for dogs to have fun, especially on hot days. Jeanine provided a variety of toys and tennis balls for the pups to fetch and play with, which is fantastic. What really makes this spot stand out is the personal touch that Jeanine brings to it. She made treats for my furry babies, which was extremely thoughtful. I was surprised to see the bag with my name on it, which made the experience even more special. My pups absolutely adored the treats and finished them off on the ride back home. I can't recommend this place enough to other dog owners. It's a great spot for pups to let loose and enjoy themselves. My next visit can't come soon enough. Thank you, Jeanine, for providing such a wonderful and caring environment for our fur babies!
55A very kind host who pulls out all the stops. My two pups loved running around the yard and digging in the sandbox. New to swimming, they were a bit shy around the water. Can’t wait to come back again.
55Beautiful property with lots of dog toys, a garden, a clean pool, and a ton of places to explore. The host is kind and communicative. Definitely recommend a visit!

Safe practices when visiting spots with water The following water safety best practices are designed to help keep you and your loved ones safe. We highly recommend following them as well as all water safety rules shared by your Host prior to accessing their water feature. Unless otherwise stated, there are no lifeguards on duty at spots. It is your responsibility to keep dogs and humans safe when in the water. Learn how to swim Make sure your dog and any humans have practiced swimming in open water before entering a Host's water feature, all dogs and humans should be physically able to perform basic swimming skills, including doggy paddling to stay afloat and an ability to safely enter and exit the water.
Those who cannot swim or have not demonstrated basic swimming skills in the past should wear a life jacket. Host replied: So glad you and your reactive pup were able to enjoy some off leash stress free time together. Hope my dogs inside kept quiet for you. I’m usually home to referee to ensure silence but had a vet appointment with my two new rescues so was hoping blaring Animal Planet on the TV would do the job for me. Lol

I adore dogs, which is why I opened this spot which benefits dog rescues. I also understand dog owners sometimes like to avoid dog parks or have reactive dogs that need a safe and secure space to just be a dog without the stress of other dogs or people. By coming to this spot you helped save a life today of a homeless or abused dog, so THANK YOU, we are incredibly grateful💕

Join our Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/goldendogplayground.** Announcing the Golden Dog Playground set on over 5 acres of land in Barrington, NH, with just over 1 acre of the space fenced in. We believe dogs are family so we have worked hard to create a customized experience for you and your furry family that you will remember forever. We offer two separate fenced-in areas that connect. Are you looking to expose/introduce two dogs in a safe and welcoming environment where you can monitor their body language and temperament? If yes, then our space is perfect. Each dog can have their own fenced-in area to play and observe or open the gate and connect the two spaces for your dogs to explore all that we have to offer. Included with other amenities, we offer confidence building equipment, a digging station, stretching board, pools for water (seasonal) and sensory play, enrichment toys, natural fitness stations and more! Have a special request or need? Let us know. We are happy to accommodate if we are able! Clean water bowls are also offered as well as a sink to easily refill and wash your hands or a toy as needed (seasonal). When done playing with the toys, simply leave them in the bucket provided for cleaning and sanitation for the next furry friend. On the back side of the house is a hose and sprayer as well as dry towels inside the bench (seasonal). Feel free to dry your dog off after splashing in the pool and wipe their feet before they hop back in your car. Simply leave the used towel on the bench and we will pick up. Waste pick up is simple and easy with the pooper scoopers and rakes we offer for disposing in our Doggie Dooley Septic Systems (seasonal). In cold weather, and year round, you will also find poop bags in our mailbox located just inside the entry gate. Please pick up and dispose of waste in the garbage pail found near the mailbox. We can't wait to welcome you to our Golden Dog Playground - an oasis set among the woods with distance from the road and neighbors.

The Hawthorne Hotel Dog Park In Methuen

A fully fenced yard for you and your animals to run and roam! The Hawthorne has almost an acre of land for your doggo to explore! Because of the heavy precipitation recently, there is a decent size puddle in the low ground of the yard and the grass surrounding it saturated. Feel free to use the hose to rinse your pup off if they play in the water. We are fully fenced in so y’all can run without worry! We have a hose and bowl outside for you to use for water. We have a large open area to play ball or frisbee and a meadow / English garden type area on the sides of the yard that provide fun terrain for your dogs to explore. The dogs are welcome to roam whenever they’d like, but please be mindful of what they eat since we have a native pollinator garden. The yard is enclosed by a combination of a 6’ privacy fence, as well as a chain link fence that abuts the neighbors backyard (no dogs), and a white picket fence reinforced with chicken wire on one side. The shorter fence is on an embankment so it’s almost equivalent to our 6’ fence that surrounds most of the yard. We mow regularly. There is always ample, safe street parking directly in front of the Hawthorne Hotel, as well as on the side street where there is a convenient gate that leads directly to the back yard. The best spot is right outside the gate. Please be mindful of closing the gate behind you when you enter and exit as it requires a firm tug to latch. Contact us to get a viewing or if you have any questions!
