My name is Seth and I've been a lifelong dog owner. I've always loved getting out for adventures and finding new spots to let dogs romp off leash. My dogs Boss and Kona were temperamental with other dogs so it was always important to find safe spots to let them off leash. They were the inspiration for my fenced in backyard! Kona passed in September 2022 and Boss passed in July 2023, so I've opened up the space to those who might need a fenced in area to help their dog(s) expend that energy! We believe a tired dog is a happy dog, and an even happier owner 😉

Winter Parking (if you can’t make it down the second driveway due to snow or mud) is at the bottom of my driveway. You’ll see the Sniffspot Parking Sign. Fully fenced in approximately two acres. We now have lighting for nighttime use. Remote switch for lights is located on the bulletin board in the barn. Approximately five times around the property perimeter equals a mile. We have chuck-it throws and balls, many toys and agility equipment in a large fenced area for you and your dog to romp around. Main entrance to the yard can be found by entering the second driveway and parking in the designated parking area in front of the solar barn. The Pooch Playground is an approximately 1/4 acre fenced playground on a picturesque, rural working farm. Nestled against a small wood, the spot is far enough away from the house and barn to give a sense of privacy. The pool will not be available until June 1st. The ball pit did not survive the Winter, a new one will be purchased soon!

Fully fenced in yard with plenty of space for dogs to run and play. Plenty of chairs and a bench for owners to utilize to relax. Once the weather warms up the gazebo onsite will be the perfect place to get some shade stocked with drinks for owners and treats for dogs! An onsite doggy pool will also be provided weather permitting.

Clean water bowls are also offered as well as a sink to easily refill and wash your hands or a toy as needed (seasonal). When done playing with the toys, simply leave them in the bucket provided for cleaning and sanitation for the next furry friend. On the back side of the house is a hose and sprayer as well as dry towels inside the bench (seasonal). Feel free to dry your dog off after splashing in the pool and wipe their feet before they hop back in your car. Simply leave the used towel on the bench and we will pick up. Waste pick up is simple and easy with the pooper scoopers and rakes we offer for disposing in our Doggie Dooley Septic Systems (seasonal). In cold weather, and year round, you will also find poop bags in our mailbox located just inside the entry gate. Please pick up and dispose of waste in the garbage pail found near the mailbox. We can't wait to welcome you to our Golden Dog Playground - an oasis set among the woods with distance from the road and neighbors.

Quarter acre of grass, fully fenced. Kiddie pool just for dogs! While my fence is intact, I would advise caution for tiny breed escape artists who can potentially squeeze through small gaps. This has not been an issue in my experience with friends’ small dogs though.

A fully fenced yard for you and your animals to run and roam! The Hawthorne Hotel has almost an acre of land for your doggo to explore! We are fully fenced in so y’all can run without worry! Our yard features a large open grassy area to play ball or frisbee, a meadow/English garden type area, and some overgrowth on the sides of the yard that provide a fun terrain for your dogs to explore and sniff! The dogs are welcome to roam wherever they’d like! We have a hose and bowl outside for you to use for water and we have some toys and bags for you to use if needed. The yard is enclosed by a combination of a 6’ privacy fence, as well as a chain link fence that abuts the neighbors backyard, and a white picket fence reinforced with wire. We mow regularly, and often have flowers and trees in bloom! There is a picnic table and lawn chairs for the humans to enjoy, and the pups too, if they’d like! There is always ample, safe, street parking directly next to the entrance gate, which is on the side of the house. There is also parking directly in front of the Hawthorne Hotel. The best parking spot is right outside the gate! Please do be mindful of closing the gate behind you when you enter and exit as it requires a firm tug to latch. Because of the extensive precipitation recently, there can be some soft ground in the low area of the yard. It can be a little muddy after it rains. I have a fully fenced in back yard in Westbrook that my dog loves, and hopefully your dog will love it too.

We have just over an acre of land down a dead-end road. Our backyard is fully fenced in with plenty of room for dogs to run and play. There is plenty of seating for the dog parents as well as a play ground of you want to bring your children! We have two dogs that I would keep inside during any visits. We have dog toys in the back yard that's your dogs could play with. There is plenty of room to throw a ball around and really let your dogs expend their energy. My wife (Ashley), son (Oliver), and I (Joe) love dogs of all breeds and would love the opportunity to give them room to run and play like our dogs do. Our back yard is pretty open with grassy spots, mossy areas, and sand and dirt. I'd gladly share the wi-fi with any guests and will accommodate any needs within reason. Any questions let me know! We have a fully fenced area that has kids toys and is plenty big for dogs to run and play together. We also have 7+ acres of cleared woods that will offer lots of animal smells, jumping, and digging if you want to explore!

We are open🥰 Offering two dogs for one rate per hr Lots of flat walking trails thru beautiful wooded property. Trails maintained, and open early spring thru late fall to start. If popular, we can open for winter hikes too. A canopy and bench in a fenced in area for play and relaxing, then leash up for a great walk thru the shaded and cool, winding trails in our forest. Possibly See deer, wild turkey, rabbit and squirrel, so that's why we ask for leashes on Flat, level walking meandering paths thru our wooded area. Boots or sneakers please, no open toe shoes ( for your own safety). And No smoking on property, too much of a fire Hazzard. Please clean up after pet, we supply a trash can for disposal, located at the gate of the fenced area.

Our privacy fencing and large yard allows you and your dog to have a safe place away from unfamiliar people / other dogs*. It's great for getting your dog some different sniffs and letting them off leash for a game of fetch! *Our neighbor does have a dog who may be outside during your visit. The neighbor's dog is friendly and absolutely cannot get into our yard. Your dog will be 100% safe, but please know that if the neighbor's dog is outside during your visit, she may try to stick a little bit of her snout underneath any of the small openings along the fence line.

Hi! Welcome! I have a fully fenced in backyard with plenty of parking on Main Street in Hampstead. There is plenty of room for your dog to run around and plenty of smells from my dogs. One section of the fence is only 3 feet high, so it may not work if your dog is a jumper. My neighbor has horses that may be in a nearby pasture. There are also dogs that live next-door. If you are coming, I will keep my dogs in the house. They will probably not even know you are out there. There is one spot that can get muddy depending on the weather. The rest of the yard is grass and a small area of bushes and other vegetation. There is also a rocky area under my deck. During the warmer months, there will be a picnic table and chairs. Please bring bags and pick up after your dog. There is a trash bucket out there. I will also have a water bowl out there during the warmer months. There is a gate if you need to block off the stairs to the deck. It is next to the shed under the deck. I have tenants that may go in and out off the deck but I inform them of visits and they are dog people. Thank you! Please let me know if you need anything. Property known as Walnut Hill has 30+ acres of unfenced woods and rough trails of nearly two miles. Dogs are free to run untethered if appropriate for the dog and handler.

Property is on half an acre with a private fenced in yard. Patio and chairs for owners to relax in while your pups enjoy the completely open space. Mostly sunny limited shade. Available under the deck is: Kiddie pool (summer only) Hose Sprinkler (summer only) Heel sticks Flirt pole Hearding ball Agility equipment: 2 tunnels, weave poles, jump, hoop jump All amenities are included in set rate, we do not charge for extras for amenities. As of April it is very muddy. The pups seem to love the mud but you might want to bring a towel for your car ride home. *Security cameras in use.*

Update 6/12/23: While I love the tree by the mailbox, I recognize it makes backing out of my driveway very difficult. Feel free to back into the drive so that your line of sight isn't blocked when trying to leave. Update 4/11/23: There are times that I block off my yard for the whole day to ensure that I don't have back-to-back visits and that there is time for the dogs I am dog sitting to run around. I don't need all this time so feel free to message me if you would like to visit on that particular day and I can unblock a slot for you to book. General Information I have a large fenced in yard. It is chain link and 6ft tall. It is reinforced at the bottom. There is a woodsy area in the yard for dogs to explore as well. Lots of room to run! You may notice your dog spends most of his/her time sniffing around instead of running. This is typical for the first visit: 1. It is a new space for them and they get a lot of information through their nose 2. Lots of dogs have been in my yard so there is so much to smell. This is still great enrichment and will lead to a tired and fulfilled dog. Please bring your own dog toys, water, and water bowl. If your dog poops (even if in the woods), can you please pick it up? I have a dog that likes to eat poop - so gross! You may notice that sometimes my deck is gated off. I do this so that the visiting dogs aren't distracted by the sliding door, standing in front of it thinking they are there to come into the house instead of playing in the yard. You are more than welcome to take one of them down if you want to sit up on the deck. If I forget to put the gate up and you want to block your dog from coming up on the deck, feel free to put it on the stairs to block the entryway. Other things worth mentioning: - My neighbor to the right of me has ducks. They are typically quiet but visible. - Depending on the weather and time of the year, parts of the yard may be icy and/or muddy! Bring towels to wipe down your dog afterwards. If you visit early spring, you may see ground bees flying around on the south facing side of the house. By late April, you won't even know they are there. They are very docile (in fact most species don't have stingers) and are great pollinators. - I also dog sit out of my home. Some dogs that I watch are vocal and may bark the whole time you are visiting. If your booking time is during a time that I am home, I can ensure that they are kept quiet and don’t interfere with your visit. If hearing barking coming from my house is something that will impact your visit, feel free to reach out to me beforehand to confirm whether or not I am dog sitting and/or will be home. We live on nine acres of property in the woods of Lebanon, ME. We have a long dirt driveway leading up to our barn and house, with about 2 acres of yard surrounding the house for your pup to sniff and play. There are small streams along the sides of the property, lots of leaves and trees to sniff through, and even horses to see!

Appx 1/3 of an acre in South Londonderry that is completely fenced in. Do you have a dog that likes to dig? Us too - let them have fun! A dog that likes to run and jump? Us too - you’ll see the race tracks. Our yard is specifically for our pups to enjoy. We don’t have a fancy green lawn back there but we DO have a safe and dog friendly space for living their best life!!

Our farm is open fields, lots of riverfront area for dogs to swim, and in the summer grab some vegetables at the farm stand. There are ungroomed walking trails that go around the entire property. Center of property tends to be wet. There are a couple other dogs on site but they’re far away at the front farm house, very old and won’t bother you. My personal dogs will remain inside the house while you are here. Bring your own poop bags please. Dogs with good recall are allowed off leash, at your own risk, please. We love all breeds of dogs with every quirk and ability. We respect that all dogs have different temperaments; all dogs are welcome, no matter how they feel towards strangers or other animals. We will do our 100% best to ensure no person or domestic animal will bother you on your adventure here.
