55This is a really cool spot with access to two creeks and ample area to hike around. We brought three poodles and they had a blast swimming and running. Fair warning: there is livestock all around this lot, so your dog needs GOOD recall. My boys have good recall and came back quickly, but at one point they jumped through the barbed wiring into the neighbor’s yard bc there was a mud pit. It was fine, but another dog might get stuck over there if they ran in. The owners have great communication and have a hose you can use as well.

55Nice quiet place for pup to run off leash, peaceful and secluded. We enjoyed our down time there and will come again. Lots of great dog friendly restaurants in Waxahachie too! We went to Omar’s for Mexican on the patio afterwards- added surprise! 😃
55Many accommodations and mowed paths very secluded. Host was very attentive. Great place to run free for a bit.
55Loved our time here! Great brush for retrieves, walking paths, and plenty of space. The host was incredibly kind when I had questions about bringing my toddlers and even left out some dog + kid toys for us. We can’t wait to visit again, highly recommend!

Bring your dog to our Homestead on Red Oak Creek in Rockett/Palmer Tx. We have an open field , trails, and creek access. (NOT EASILY ACCESSIBLE).This is a great opportunity for training or basic stimulation. LEASH your dogs if they do not have a STRONG RECALL. Contact directly for the extra amenities. Make sure you vaccinate your dogs as this is a wooded area with wild animals. Respect our property and enjoy.
