****Please make sure to view picture of what our entrance looks like. GPS does not take you to the correct location so please please read my welcome message before pulling into property**** ****Please visit the extra’s section to add on the pool at an tadditional $10 per reservation if you want access to it*** Traveling RV’ers are welcome! The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! Inside the enclosed porch you will find the standup wash station. Professional wash station with everything you need to wash your fur babies and dry them. Please be sure to add this option in the add-ons section prior to checkout. I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app or call me at the number provided in the automated welcome message. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. I really hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. To ensure everyone’s safety please be sure to arrive and leave on time so you don’t run into another guest and their reservation. Unless requested, I generally don’t meet my guests as I don’t know their fur babies aggression type. If you would like to meet or have my pups introduced to yours so they can play and entertain each other please just message me and request. I don’t want to assume.

**Wash station moved to the gazebo** Professional stand up stainless steel dog washing station with walk up steps and now with hot water. Towels will be at station along with shampoo and conditioner (when available) Please bring your own soaps if you have preferences or if your dog has allergies. Feel free to use our commercial grade dog blow dryer. Nail clippers also available or for use in the washroom area

15x30 salt water swimming pool. Dogs and their owners are welcome to swim. Pool is vacuumed daily, skimmed between each visit and water tested weekly. *Do not prop pool gate open and allows dogs to run in and out*

Horses & potbelly pigs are separated in other pastures. I have 3 very friendly free range chickens & several farm cats. I ask that your dog is respectful of both. They tend to keep away unless called. My yard is naturally treated for pests & all my dogs & cats are treated monthly. The "grass" has not fully recovered from storm damage. There is a large mulch drive as seen in pictures and the yard consists of patchy grass & sugar sand. Weather dependant on the level of dust playing will generate. There is accessible fresh water & trash receptacle.
