For a small extra fee you can utilize an additional acre of area attached to the pasture, note the extra space is not as secure of fencing as the first.

There are extreme hiking trails that go up through huge wooded forest many steep inclines and you will need hiking boots but your dogs will love it. We have a tent Style gazebo at the top of the property with chairs and a picnic table as well as one hammock For Sunney days. It’s extremely private not only for your dogs, love it, but it is an inspiring property with massive maples and huge old growth, cedars, and trails that go up a mountain side.

A Pacific Forestlands loop with beautiful views of the South fork of the Stilliguamish River. A loop in the woods with views rarely seen. Enjoy the seasonal creek and PNW fauna and feel free to make the area yours. Please note we have two separate SniffSpot listings so be sure to double check you are right the correct location upon arrival. The Riverview loop is the spot located on the east side of the road.

Hidden Lake is private and secluded. Enjoy a swim in the lake, or the fully fenced pasture with walking trails. We are in the country and you may hear some country sounds during your visit. Please keep in mind that Phone reception may be spotty. We are happy to share our property, but please understand there’s many different wildlife that passes through here. If you are sensitive to Wildlife poop, please reconsider. Also, it is the PNW, so like most places with lots of grass, it gets very wet and sometimes soggy. Boot up.

Our 2240 sq.ft. securely fenced private yard is a great size for small to medium sized dogs, or large less-active dogs. Enter at large Black Gate on Right side, pull gate towards car. There is BungeeCord at top to keep closed. Pull into right side by Parking Sign at Chainlink Gate. Creekside/Picnic Table is about 150 yards down from Barn Gate. OffLeash Safe entire middle and low sections after going through Chainlink Barn Gate by parking sign. Black Pond Farm - Explore Trails/Woodland Hiking!

It’s always been very safe for off leash woodland adventures...because it feels like you have it all to yourself. You begin down at the lower pond by the castle and rock wall, Following a laidback walk in the shade up to the upper pond, woods and off leash park. There is bug spray along the trail in case you forget to use some and want it. Please respect other visitors and make sure to put your doggie bags in the provided trash bins, and PLEASE do not put your doggie bags in the fire pit!!!
