This is a private working farm. This is the perfect location to train working law enforcement dogs. Plenty of pastures and field line is walkable Dog must stay on leash due to the wildlife and we don’t want any fur babies lost in the woods etc. At this time I will remain limited on reservations. The farm is the perfect location to work with your officer k-9 on training. ( local Leo’s / k9 training facility contact me directly if you need a larger time slot.. additional k9s etc) Must show current rabies vaccination Owner holds no responsibility! Across the street is a farm that has cows and goats and donkeys! The yard is fenced on three sides. The neighbor has a dog but they can’t get close to the fence. Most people aren’t really seen unless they’re from the farm or company next door. Children’s toys outside and kid friendly!

This is a 1 acre Bobwire fenced in lot previously used for horses, maintain lawn. Gives it the perfect space for a dog to run water hose with water on site and plenty of big beautiful trees for shade whether you’re just stopping by on your way to the beach to let your dog run a little bit or to give yourself a break. There is parking in front of the pasture with a large cattle gate in front. This piece of property is directly in front of my home and Farm on my farm. There are goats geese, chickens, ducks. If you have an animal that likes to go after other animals, I would not suggest this piece of property. Some of my animals are free arranged, though they stay on the other side of the road I don’t want any temptations to be there for someone else’s animals. That being said it is a large piece of land big enough to throw balls and let your dog run around.
