Hello Everyone, Thanks for reaching out! We will be happy to welcome you. There is some information for you. 1a- You can use the driveway to park your car if its not occupied. But also there is free street parking. Please enter through the GATE RIGHT OF THE HOUSE - please see pictures for location. 1b- Please keep dog’s leashes on upon entering and exiting the spot. 2- There are garden chairs and a bench, please feel free to use them. 3- There is a box filled with fun dog toys and a couple of dog treats for you all to enjoy. 4- There is a faucet under the deck and a bowl, please feel free to use them. 5- We would be appreciate if you left the backyard as you found it. IMPORTANT: ALL DOGS MUST BE LEASHED WHILE ENTERING AND EXITING THE SNIFFSPOT, AND THE LEASH SHOULD BE KEPT WITHIN EASY REACH FOR QUICK ACCESS. We want to highlight this Sniffspot rule for the safety of the neighbors. LASTLY, NO SMOKING and NO ALCOHOL permitted. We hope you enjoy your time at your private Sniffspot! A great backyard will a little over .25 acres. Dogs love that there is enough room for fetch, zoomies, and sniffing all the different spots throughout. It is completely fenced in and has a patio for you to sit on while your doggo explores. Please bring your own water and water bowl for your pups as we do not provide water. There is a hose you may use. The spigot is in the back left corner of the patio (if you're looking at the house). Be sure to tag us in your posts on Instagram @zarassniffspot You are welcome to move around chairs to sit or block the stairs, but please be sure to put things back as they were. Summer note: Please bring bug spray and feel free to use the fan on the patio to help with the bugs and heat. Be sure to turn it off when finished. Gate entrance to the backyard is to the left of the driveway- Bring your pup to enjoy our peaceful, private yard for sniffing, zoomies, or lounging in the sun! Enjoy the toy rope hanging from the maple tree. Feel free to adjust height using the chain above the toy. There are also toys and treats in the bin on the back deck. When put up, the hammock, tables, and chairs are yours to enjoy! I will place seats in the yard sometimes if guests are more comfortable slightly distanced from the house.

Spacious backyard right in the heart of Arlington! Your pup should enjoy a place to run around even in the city. Parking: I had a gravel drive way feel free to park in and behind my car if I’m home. There’s also a parking lot next to me that has two hour free parking. Note: my house is right off Glebe so you can hear cars passing while in the back, but it is pretty sheltered from people passing on the sidewalk.

After saying goodbye, my wife and I wanted to open the space to other dogs so they could enjoy it just as much as he did. Set in a quiet suburban neighborhood, just a short drive from Alexandria, Arlington and Washington DC. This is a peaceful spot to unwind, train, be off-leash and let your dog be a dog. We hope your pup feels right at home here. In the fall the yard gets covered in leaves. I do my best to keep them tidy, but they seem to have their own plans. Our dog used to love racing through the piles, and most pups enjoy the extra smells and crunch — hopefully yours does too.
