Welcome to Our Private 0.79-Acre Dog Park & Swim Spot! Enjoy a safe, completely private, and exclusive off-leash experience for your pup—with zero distractions or other dogs around. The Space & Fencing Our property features 0.79 acres of secure, wide-open grassy space for your dog to sprint, fetch, and play. The yard is completely enclosed by a secure combination of chain-link and privacy fencing, giving you total peace of mind while your dog burns off energy. The Lake (Swim-Safe! | Leash Required) We are lucky to have a beautiful, clean lake that is completely safe for dogs to swim in! The lake is located just beyond our fenced yard area. You are more than welcome to take your dog out for a swim or a stroll by the water, but dogs must be kept securely on a leash at all times when outside the fence moving to and from the lake. ⚠️ Seasonal Note Regarding the Pool: You will see an inground pool in the photos and on the property, but please note that it is currently closed for the season and is strictly off-limits for both humans and dogs. All water play should be kept to our fantastic swim-safe lake! Amenities Included: • Fully enclosed 0.79-acre off-leash yard • Safe lake swimming access (while leashed outside the main fence) • Seating area for humans • Fresh water station for pups • Waste bags and a dedicated disposal trash can Perfect For: Reactive dogs who need quiet space, high-energy pups who need a massive open field to run, or owners who want a peaceful, scenic outing with their dogs. Rules of the Yard: Please clean up after your pet, respect your booking times, and ensure your dog is securely leashed before you open the main gate to head down to the lake.

90 minute time slot. We have an open 70 acres surrounding a private pond with a trail thru the fields and woods around nature. The time allotment is 90 minutes only. We ask that our guests park by the barn and go straight to the lake then to the left around the lake. Trails are marked. It is about a 1 mile trail or more. trails are not plowed open in the winter but are perfect for snow shoeing, hiking an fat tire bikes in the snow on the trails or perfect spring to fall on the maintained trails.

Great spot with room to run, toys, some agility equipment, and seasonal plastic fur kid pool! Fully fenced: 1 side privacy fence, 2 sides chain link, and one side with the house and gate. Added FYIs: - Place bagged poop in the small garbage bin. 🗑️💩 - Please do not allow pups to dig or to enter the small separately fenced garden. 🌱🪏 - If you remember, it helps to throw "fetch" in lots of different directions to spread out the "wear and tear." IF something goes over the fence, do please just let us know (we will contact the neighbor)--**do not** physically step over the fence (it causes fence damage) 🏡 🤳🏻 - "Same day" bookings will probably have the bedtime and morning 💩 from my pups since I routinely only pick up after work during warm months. If you book 24+ hours in advance I can squeeze in an extra poo pickup before work. - *WINTER I pick up weekly, weather-permitting, so might NOT be a great spot for pups who eat poopsicles--you know who you are! 💩 ❄️ 🐶 🍨🍦 limited daylight and full time hospital work hours (I go to work and come home in the dark)
