Please note if using this access point, if the two Bernese mountain dogs across the street are outside, they most likely will come and say hi. They are both very friendly. It is out of my control to prevent this from happening. Perhaps a good training opportunity with your dog? Or if you want to avoid this from happening, please use parking option two directly across the street from my house. And enter through the chain link gate between my house and the neighbor. The neighbor on the shared fence side does have two small dogs. And the surrounding neighbors have dogs as well. Again, it is out of my control when they will be outside. The patio furniture on the deck is available for you to use while your dog is exploring.

90 minute time slot. We have an open 70 acres surrounding a private pond with a trail thru the fields and woods around nature. The time allotment is 90 minutes only. We ask that our guests park by the barn and go straight to the lake then to the left around the lake. Trails are marked. It is about a 1 mile trail or more. trails are not plowed open in the winter but are perfect for snow shoeing, hiking an fat tire bikes in the snow on the trails or perfect spring to fall on the maintained trails.

The front gate is remotely controlled to let guests in, and a button on the inside of the gate for whenever you need to leave. There is a ring camera set up for when you arrive, just ring the bell, I'll say hello and let you in :). There's also a ring camera right on the inside of the gate in case you need anything during your visit. I'm happy to chat on the app for any folks that are Deaf/HOH to get in or need help. The yard is 5ft fence with a privacy screen. There are trees and shrubs for your pups to sniff and explore, as well as a wide open lawn perfect for fetch.
