Welcome to Waffles Ranch! We're excited to share our little slice of Colorado with you and your pups. Our 0.5-acre fully fenced private pasture offers plenty of space to run, sniff, explore, and play—all with beautiful views of North Table Mountain and room to roam. We created Waffles Ranch because we know how valuable it can be to have a safe, private place where dogs can truly stretch their legs, train, and enjoy the outdoors. Whether your pup loves zoomies, chasing scents, practicing new skills, or simply relaxing in a quieter environment, we hope you'll feel at home here. Guests are welcome to enjoy our splash pad, dog pool, fresh water station, bowls, toys, waste bags, towels, and agility equipment, including jumps, weave poles, and a tunnel. Unwind under the pine trees in our shaded seating area, complete with two chairs and a coffee table (and don't worry if your pup hops on the table—ours certainly does!). For your comfort, the pasture and seating area are treated periodically with pet-safe products to help reduce mosquitoes and make outdoor play more enjoyable for both dogs and humans. Accessibility note: Waffles Ranch includes an upper grassy area with shade and seating, accessible by stairs. Dogs with mobility limitations or joint issues may prefer to remain in the lower pasture. (We are working on solutions to make this more accessible for all pups!) We're always making improvements and would love your feedback as Waffles Ranch continues to grow. Lots of room to run and play. Neighbor does have a dog who is occasionally outside. Park on driveway or street. Come in on either side of the house through the gate. There is a sink and bowl of water if you’d like to pour your dog a freshie. We use a dog poop composting service so you can reduce your “pawprint”

There are plenty of spots for them to safely sniff and explore, definitely making this space live up to the name. Additionally, owners are invited to unwind under a cozy gazebo while dogs play. My home is directly adjacent to a quaint park should owners want to continue a leisurely *leashed walk after the visit. Street parking and gate to yard are both easily accessible.
