Yard backs up to Shoal Creek (dry except after rains) with iron fence in back for lots of great views and sniffs of nature. We have lots of shade - large trees plus a covered seating area. Grass area is 75% natural grass, 20% artificial turf (keeps muddy paws at bay), and 5% unmowed tall grass for friendly creatures - rabbits, bugs, birds, butterflies, and the occasional grass snake, who all like the creek area. Swimming pool is maintained on a weekly basis. Shallow end is 4ft, deep end is 7ft. Entry steps in shallow end and two underwater seat ledges. Pool rules: NO DIVING (jumping in is fine) and no running around pool edge.

I would love to share my big, beautiful backyard with other dogs and the people who love them! I have a new fence that is completely secure -- my two curious chihuahua mixes are capable of finding any holes or openings no matter how small, so rest assured that your dogs will stay safe inside once the gate is closed. The fence is 6 feet high, so your dogs won't be able to see into neighbors' yards or the road, although they may get glimpses of my dogs through the sliding glass doors into my home. There are LOTS of smells to sniff, lizards to chase, places to explore, and trees to pee on. I have automatic solar-powered string lights throughout the backyard, so if you want to come by after dark, your visit will still be completely illuminated. While your dogs zoom and play, feel free to relax in the hammock or get some work done at the picnic table. This backyard is the perfect place to spend an afternoon!

Percy's Playground In Austin

Residential back lawn with plenty of things to sniff, a garden for humans to admire, as well as a patio for humans and dogs to lounge on, and lots of room to run jump and play! Residents may be at home but will offer tenants their full privacy- and other pets will be kept out of yard and out of visibility during their time in the playground. Water bowl on patio is available and if needs to be filled up, there is a water hose close to the entrance of the playground. Feel free to fill it up and remember to turn off the water hose when done. Bugs are kind of wild this time of year, so I recommend bringing bug spray to better enjoy the space. You will also find mosquito incense sticks on the potting bench that you are welcome to burn during your visit. We truly love our furry friends and welcome them into our space!

As of 9/14 we cant book any pool bookings during the day, however is you are just using Sniffspot and no pool, please message me and I can open up the calendar! Please note, no more than 4 people on the property per booking. There is an ADDITIONAL FEE for dogs to swim as well as an ADDITIONAL FEE for mom+/dad to swim with them. And please be aware of communication thru the app as it’s imperative to facilitate interactions and the lay of the land. If you don’t respond before your booking, we may cancel your reservation. (I’m sure you can see with this info that there are MANY that don’t respond and don’t participate in the rules) With that said, Welcome to our home! We are on .55 acres and plenty for your fur babies to sniff. We also have a pool they can utilize for an ADDITIONAL COST and a seating area for you moms and dads to hang out. Just please make sure your pets do not get on the furniture. The deck has a fridge stocked with cold beverages, a smart tv to enjoy a show or music. Help yourself to our coffee bar during the winter! (Hot tub not available for use)

Our house is on a corner lot with a sizable metal fence. Plenty of street parking, along with a yard that is shaded in different parts throughout the day. We have a screened in back patio for dog owners use only (please no dogs in the patio area) with a fan, comfortable seating, TV and wifi access. We provide toys, doggie pool (in the summer), poop bags, water, etc. Let us know if you have any special requests and we'll do our best to accommodate them!
