As of 9/14 we cant book any pool bookings during the day, however is you are just using Sniffspot and no pool, please message me and I can open up the calendar! And please be aware of communication thru the app as it’s imperative to facilitate interactions and the lay of the land. If you don’t respond before your booking, we may cancel your reservation. We are on .55 acres and plenty for your fur babies to sniff. We also have a pool they can utilize for an ADDITIONAL COST and a seating area for you moms and dads to hang out. Just please make sure your pets do not get on the furniture. The deck has a fridge stocked with cold beverages, a smart tv to enjoy a show or music. Help yourself to our coffee bar during the winter! 8/30/26 Spot closed for maintenance. We will open back up in the fall! Fully-fenced yard with swimming pool! Yard backs up to Shoal Creek (dry except after rains) with iron fence in back for lots of great views and sniffs of nature. We have lots of shade - large trees plus a covered seating area. Grass area is 75% natural grass, 20% artificial turf (keeps muddy paws at bay), and 5% unmowed tall grass for friendly creatures - rabbits, bugs, birds, butterflies, and the occasional grass snake, who all like the creek area. Swimming pool is maintained on a weekly basis. Shallow end is 4ft, deep end is 7ft. Entry steps in shallow end and two underwater seat ledges. Pool rules: NO DIVING (jumping in is fine) and no running around pool edge.

I have automatic solar-powered string lights throughout the backyard, so if you want to come by after dark, your visit will still be completely illuminated.
