The yard sits on approximately a quarter acre of land, giving dogs plenty of room to run, play, explore, and enjoy some safe outdoor time. Guests will have access to the backyard sundeck and a bathroom via my guest Clubhouse. (The pool is off limits.) A doggy drinking bowl, poop scooper and waste bags will be around for your convenience. Please note: Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and placing all waste in the green trash can before leaving. This is a great private space for dog playtime, small meetups, or simply letting your pup enjoy a peaceful backyard setting. Almost Two Acres across from Redan Park, honestly a lot of people shy away from dogs at that park. I welcome any dog as long as you are in control of it and it's not a nuisance. I used to Manage the kennel at Atlanta's largest shelter so I am very comfortable with any dog. The property has 2 fenced areas. One including my home that is available as long as my dogs are inside (which is often) and the driveway is another fenced entity (gate can be closed at street). Both areas are fully fenced and available.
