This sniffspot is a fully enclosed backyard so you can let your dog wander! 3 sides are privacy fence and 1 side is a 4ft chain link fence. There are always new smells and some city wildlife like squirrels that provide dogs plenty of enrichment while in the yard. And when you just need to tire your dog out, play with the variety of tug toys and balls provided. Take a lovely walk in the woods with your dog, let them sniff and enjoy nature. Lots of squirrels to chase, sniffs to enjoy and hills to run up and down. Three acres of forest, fully fenced for your enjoyment. This is not the average suburban development -- this is more like hiking in the National Forest. You won't have any issues with dogs or people on adjacent properties! This property is surrounded by National Forest and unfenced/unused private property. In addition, you have another acre for agility, complete with jumps, tunnels, dog walk, a-frame, teeter, etc. All high end equipment. The running surface is flat & covered with 4 inches of wood chips. The wood chips are all from local trees, so no worries about added chemicals, etc.
