Description

About 3 acres of lightly wooded and open areas. Fully fenced but there are gates without mesh where dogs can pass through. So please be mindful. Private driveway to the pet area. Please do not go into shed and pick up after your pets. There are 2 horses on property which will need to be put up. There is also horse manure around the property. And Don't let your dogs disturb the protected tortoise (marked).

Hello!. Private 3 acres of land for your pet to explore. There are 2 horses on property that are separated but for the safety of guests if dogs chase animals they have to be restricted to about the half and acre where the entrance to the property is.

We reside next to a nature preserve, so wild animal encounters can occur. We have seen bears, coyotes, and snakes. Most of these occur in the morning time. The fence up front has some larger holes that a small dog could get through, but this is far away from the primary area located in the back. There are plants toxic to dogs around the house, so it is probably best to remain in the open areas.
