Fully Fenced 6-Acre Private Dog Park with Unobstructed Views of the Flatirons

Beautiful spot with amazing views and so much room to run! Lots of fabulous sniffing opportunities for the pups and no dogs on neighboring lots (in case you have a reactive dog or one that enjoys a good fence fight). Fencing is about 4 ft high on most of the lot with a couple of areas with 8-10" gap on bottom - so unless you have a jumper or a very small dog, should be secure. Our guys had a blast!

This spot is gorgeous but could benefit from some improvements. The road-side fence made me nervous as there was one area that a dog could get under, and was fairly short. I had to be cautious to avoid this area so it was hard to fully relax with my dogs. The horse manure runoff from the neighboring pasture is flooding the field and is running to the pond, so use caution in those areas. My dogs did get fully into the pond and that was awesome but a little unfortunate due to the manure runoff. I enjoyed the area but just wanted to provide some constructive feedback. I’d for sure come back if the fence was made to be more secure. My dogs had a blast. Thanks for sharing your space! 💕

Lovely fenced area. My dog trainer friend and I walked the property as my girl, 8 mos standard poodle, had a blast! She ran and ran and ran. I wish I had video of her. Next time. Thank you Ryan for being a great host!!

The perfect spot! Beautiful pasture with secure fencing and tons of room to run! Ryan provides great directions and leaves water and poop bags. This has quickly become one of our favorite spots! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful space with us!

What a great Sniffspot!! This property was awesome. So much space for my dogs to sniff, roam, and play. The host provided poop bags, fresh water, hand sanitizer and a couple tennis balls! There was one hole in the fence at the southwest corner near some sort of water drain. The hole wasn’t big enough for my dogs to fit through but would probably fit smaller pups.

Our visit today was picture perfect, Ryan's property is heavenly. The acreage is wide open and flat, lined with soft grass. Ryan was not kidding about the mountain views, they're stunning. The single engine planes that fly overhead and land nearby are so cool to watch. My dogs and I had so much fun. Such a wonderful place to just stroll or run and play fetch. The chicken coop (that they helped themselves into), irrigation ditch, drainage pipe, and dry old pond were award winning features for my dachshunds. They didn't even notice the horses next door, but did have a one-way staring contest with the chickens! The patio was so inviting and comfortable, I could have sat there all day. The new squeaky tennis ball that Ryan had waiting for us got used and abused. Without a doubt worth the hour drive!

My 11 month old pup and I had a blast walking around and exploring this property. It had just rained and the property was not muddy - good grass cover. We also saw 2 Great Blue Herons. There was water set out for my pup as well as poop bags and a towel. The directions were good. We will be back!

We had the best time at this sniff spot, and the views are stunning. There’s multiple gates but if you follow the directions provided by the host it was easy to find/access. The spot was clean and water as well as disposable bags were provided. Thanks for sharing your space with us, we’d love to visit again soon!
