In the heart of unincorporated “country” Boulder. Our property is nearby several open space trails, livestock grazing OSMP lands, Baseline lake (private) and beautiful, huge, old trees. Take some time and relax with your pup(s).

Howdy! This spot is rural and the property is an acre. it’s not always possible to find every piece of poop due to the size of our property. 1. Please pick up all pet waste from your visit. Baggies are by the dog waste area by the entrance. 2. No digging allowed. Please intervene if your dog is digging anywhere. 3. 💦 need water? Spigot by corner of house don’t unscrew spigot, just trace end of hose and get water from it. 4. Questions? Problems? Please ask away!

This is not the average suburban development -- this is more like hiking in the National Forest. Lots of squirrels to chase, sniffs to enjoy and hills to run up and down. You won't have any issues with dogs or people on adjacent properties! This property is surrounded by National Forest and unfenced/unused private property. In addition, you have another acre for agility, complete with jumps, tunnels, dog walk, a-frame, teeter, etc. All high end equipment. The running surface is flat & covered with wood chips. The course is changed every Monday morning. Course maps are in the box hanging on the entrance gate. The wood chips are all from local trees, so no worries about added chemicals, etc. Several seating areas are provided, along with a picnic table.
