We have several amenities for humans and dogs! The best amenity is the sectioned off agility yard! You may rent this portion of the yard as an extra. The agility portion of the yard is sectioned off is 90’x90’, includes all the all rubberized max200 contacts (dog walk, a frame, teeter), max200 channel 12 poles, two tunnels, table (rubberized Max200), tire (max200) and lots of various jumps!! I also have 2x2s available! Practice whatever you need to get your next QQ! The remainder of the yard is for free play including a kiddie pool, shade in the afternoons, dog toys and plenty of grass to sniff and run! Play yard gets good shade in the afternoons and evenings. Tucked behind our house, It opens to an oasis we have 3 dogs that are all super friendly so if you want a dog to sniff and socialize this is the place for you. We have a French bulldog, and 2 mixed dogs all friendly! We have a pavilion you can sit in while your dog sniffs. We always have coffee, tea, and water for humans and water bowls for the dogs. The yard is not all fenced so we recommend dogs that come on command or the owner leashes them if necessary. Feel free to ask any questions or take a look before you book!

Fully fenced in yard with open space for running and playing. There are trees outside the fence offering shade when needed. There is a hose for water access and toys throughout the yard. We do have a small area that is separated by a chain link fence for our dog to use as a quick outing while you are here if needed. He would always be supervised and is very friendly! Outdoor amenities are available in spring, summer, and fall only.

A little over a half acre of unfenced in yard. Our property includes roaring brook that runs through the back - my dogs love swimming there! We also have a public trail that runs through our yard and our neighbors on the street (not really maintained but walkable for sure- we call it bear highway since that’s all we see using it.) We also have a playground available for dogs & kids alike. We also added a covered gazebo for additional seating or shade. We do have a kiddie pool we can fill and leave out as well. We also have a smaller fenced in area in our middle lot where our dogs do not play and do not have access to. There are chairs there to sit if you need and a fire pit! Our property is set back from the road quite a bit. You come down the long driveway and you would park in front of our skeleton where the driveway turns from rock to pavement. You are welcome to pull down as far as you want to the water by the tree line. We have doggie poop bags by the garage and you can throw any trash in the green bin by the road (it’s bear proof so anything is fine!). We hope to host you soon :) Ps: our ‘lovely’ neighbor recently put up a white fence in the lower lot- please do not cross that. You are welcome to walk the path the other way though! ;)
