Welcome to our fully fenced, secure, and private one-acre doggy paradise, tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac! Your pup will have plenty to sniff, explore, and enjoy with a large grassy yard, mulch areas, and wooded sections on both sides of the property. The wooded areas have been cleared underneath, creating fun paths for running, exploring, and leisurely walks. Relax while your dog plays, or join in the fun! There are multiple seating areas throughout the property, whether you prefer soaking up the sun or relaxing in the shade. Our large blue-stone patio provides a beautiful, shaded place to sit and backs right up to the woods. 🏊 Pool Update: The large in-ground pool is now closed for the season and has a mesh safety cover installed. Please note that the fencing separating the yard from the pool is not 100% secure, so we ask that you keep an eye on your pups while they are enjoying the yard. For your convenience, we provide: * 💩 Poop bags * 💧 A bowl of fresh water * 🧸 A basket of toys for your pup to enjoy Your privacy is important to us! All people and pets will be inside the house during your visit, giving you and your dog the entire outdoor space to yourselves. There is easy access from both the driveway and street parking, making arrival and departure simple. Whether your dog wants to run, sniff, explore, play, or simply relax in the shade, there’s something here for every pup. Before You Let Your Dog Off Leash * The upper play area is fully fenced and gated for secure off-leash play. * Always close and latch the gate behind you. Park Rules 1. Entry is by reservation only. 2. You are responsible for your dog(s), your guests, and any children in your party during your visit. 3. Dogs must remain under your supervision and control at all times. 4. If your dog displays aggressive or unsafe behavior, leash them immediately and end your visit. 5. Please clean up after your dog. Waste bags and a trash receptacle are provided. 6. Do not leave dogs unattended. 7. Please stay within the designated dog park areas and respect neighboring properties. 8. Dogs should be healthy and free of contagious illnesses. Puppies should be appropriately vaccinated for their age. 9. If your dog digs a hole, please fill it before you leave whenever possible. 10. No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or illegal drugs are permitted on the property. 11. Children are welcome but must be closely supervised by an adult. 12. Come spend quality time with you and your dog(s) that is fully fenced. Little dog approved (I have a 17lb, 13.75" tall small dog who liked to escape but can't anymore! I also have a 30lb beagle mix. We have several amenities for humans and dogs! The best amenity is the sectioned off agility yard! You may rent this portion of the yard as an extra. The agility portion of the yard is sectioned off is 90’x90’, includes all the all rubberized max200 contacts (dog walk, a frame, teeter), max200 channel 12 poles, two tunnels, table (rubberized Max200), tire (max200) and lots of various jumps!! I also have 2x2s available! Practice whatever you need to get your next QQ! The remainder of the yard is for free play including a kiddie pool, shade in the afternoons, dog toys and plenty of grass to sniff and run! Play yard gets good shade in the afternoons and evenings. For our furry friends, we have toys, water, treats, and open space to run! During the summer, you can have access to the water hose, if that is what your dog loves! For the humans, we have hammock chairs, a picnic table, and a covered patio for those hot summer days. Off street parking in a cul-de-sac neighborhood, without too many noises or traffic. The 8.4 acres has several ATV trails that make hiking easy for you and your four legged friends. If you decide to go off trail it is wooded but not heavily. There is also a large open area of just grass that give several stream access points. There are several picnic tables and large roofed area with seating and power. There are also several spigots to fill up water bottles and water bowls. Some bowls are provided and cleaned after each use if you would like to use.
