The yard is enclosed with a 3-foot-high wire livestock fence (1 ft x 7 in spacing between wires), which offers a safe environment for most dogs, though it may not be suitable for very small pups or high jumpers without supervision. Welcome to Wilde Kind Farm! It’s spring so there are lots of things happening at the farm. From new fencing, upgraded gates, and other projects. Watch our signage board for current conditions, upcoming events and expansion news! Bring your doggos to run and play off-leash in our newly expanded 6 acres of fenced play yard! The dog yard is split into 3 main zones with gates so you can explore while keeping your dog in sight. We have lots of space to explore, toys, and lots of other amenities! Our farm is set on 75 acres here in historic Litchfield with the original 1830 farmhouse and a big red barn. We have multiple areas for your to explore: 1. Our Play Yard welcome area that has a 3 sided shelter with seating. This is where you can grab some poop bags, toys, or request extras like agility equipment, kiddie pools, corn hole, BBQ grill etc. This area also lights up at night. 2. The Wilde Side with lots of paths to explore, a secret garden, native plants, hedges, multiple spots to sit, and a big open meadow. We are working making this area a monarch way station as well! 3. Our new area, Wolf Tree Meadow! Walk behind past the barn towards the hayfield and explore the stone compass circle. Rent the fire ring or use the table and chairs to relax while your dog sniffs to their heart’s content. Please note the entire SS accessible property is fenced. There is a driveway gate, and a second gate to enter our SniffSpot.

Nonesuch Meadows Farm

Enjoyable farm fields with lots of room for dogs to roam and play. Wildlife does show up at times, anywhere from deer, turkeys, skunks and porcupines. Our main field does abut a golf course, and often get stray balls fly over the fence into our field. To avoid being hit by one, I’d recommend staying more towards the middle to right of the field. During deer season we do require the owner and dog to be wearing orange, and don’t have guests come on Saturdays. We do hay our fields in the summer (May/June-September) time, and once that begins we will set up a schedule with specific areas that can be utilized.

Kona passed in September 2022 and Boss passed in July 2023, so I've opened up the space to those who might need a fenced in area to help their dog(s) expend that energy! Hummingbird Hill Farm is a goat sanctuary with 50 acres. Our property has several walking trails with varied terrain, a small stream, small pond and wetland, and a wild area(no trail). Deer are present on the property on occasion. Always a chance to encounter (rarely) other smaller wildlife.

Our night-time spot! Complete with lights, shelter, and a warming hut with hot drinks! These short winter days make it difficult to get outside and walk your dog before it’s dark. Come visit our farm where we have a lit up, fenced play yard, and a warming hut with hot drinks. Please note we have updated fencing and added some new daytime areas so the fencing area has changed and expanded. You are also welcome to use this spot in the day-time! Just book the ZuZu’s Zoomie Acres location! This way we never double book in the day-time.
